Wow so this is going to be a grind type of game? I could not get past the 1st level without playing it twice. Is that intended?

Great work! its lighter and with better animations, not much crowded! ...Excellent work I will support this until the next installation. Wow

4/5, not enough variety. Suggestions: 1. An upgrade tree for bow/arrow, maybe have 3 paths for all 3 elements. Then maybe add the ability to pierce/multi-shot/faster speed as a side upgrade. Currently, upgrades are absolutely useless. 2. More diverse spells, reduced amount of spell slots. Simply, compared to bow/arrow, spells are too op. You should’ve made the skills more support-like (for example: Frigid Blast), rather than relying on the chance of them getting frozen/burned/cursed. If you already have a bow/arrow in the game, spells should probably be the support weapon in the game. 4. Monsters need more variety. Give some elemental weaknesses/strengths. Make a Firebomb takes extra damage from ice skills. Goblins and slimes take extra damage to arrows. Rock Elementals and Orcs take reduced damage from arrows. This would encourage more tactical use of spells and upgrades, encouraging replaying, resetting upgrades and just making the levels seem less repetitive.

A lot of people are hating on the developer for making premium content, Which in my opinion is a bit harsh since the free gameplay is longer than the original game, However i feel like he may of done the "premium content" in the wrong way as most people think its only half the game but its not really, I don't think him asking for a bit of support is bad at all, However he could and should of asked for it in a better way, But that doesn't mean that anyone should instantly rate low because there is extra content, You should rate the gameplay and content that is there and available. I just think people are being a bit unfair and harsh on the developer is all.

Wow. I play through what turns out to be a very short game only to find out that in order to play the rest I have to purchase it on another website. 7/19 levels isn't "bonus content" that's holding half the game for cash ransom. It would be more understandable if it were forthright that only half the game were free, but it seems like the fact is being hidden in hopes that people will be more likely to play if they've already beaten half the game.

Wow, really? We "complete" the game and then get told that it wasn't the real game and we have to buy the rest to play? And then that takes us to another site? This game should be removed and banned from Kongregate. 1/5, developer.

if one feels inclined to grind through the last few level ups like i do, my opinion is that the fastest way to get some quick xp is to replay the eriford level, the one with the rock elemental boss fight, at monster power 10. it seems to be the shortest fight with a reasonable amount of xp.

@raeden2020: you gatta hit the fire wall spell right as it is coming down and it dips down before moving up a lil to start shooting at you

very similar to the first game but visually much better. fun to play again even if can't play the whole thing for free.

im absolutely confused on one of the medals. How do you catch a spider on fire, when none of the spells can hit it, nor you get an upgrade for the bow for a possibility to burn.

Really dislike fire tree. In both versions of this game I have went ice and poison trees. Fun game though. wish I could get the premium content on kongregate though

oh great, i can't play the full version in kongregate, since the developer has his balls stuck in the armorgames vise.

Same game as before, skills and everything. Half the game is blocked off. And not even so much as a graphics option. 1/5....I'm all for supporting game developers cause it does take time, but you have to earn it....

Ultimately this is the same as the first game except less difficult and less content. I honestly enjoy purchasing games and supporting independent developers but I am grateful sites like Kongregate exist because it allows me to play games like this which are fun but definitely not worth purchasing.
Expand the game, insert some strategy, make it playable on android/iOS and you'll make some money.

whatever other people said, i loved it. plain and simple. Thank you developer, even if its the copy of the other one, even if you add stuff to buy. If i can have fun without even paying a dime, you guys did a good job and it is ok to try and make money for the time you put in a game, geez, kids nowadays...

@densch: I myself had no trouble hitting enemies with spells 250 times, just make sure to use them on groups, using ice to push enemies to create larger groups and use another spell on that group

"Hit 250 enemies with your spells"
How the f'ck should I do that when enemies instantly die cause of my bow and there's no way to deactivate the automatic shooting?O_o

When I blow up a TNT unit, I fully expect the damage to apply to enemy units in its radius. Sooooooo unrealistic. 5/5 anyway.... because I can't lie. I had a blast. Seems the TNT units didn't though.

The creators have turned this game to look very childish. Seriously, they changed the demon spell class to unholy! I am very offended by this.

Should be called Sentry Knight Light version.
Instead of adding/building on Sentry Knight this version has less, very disappointing.

I liked the first game. This one is somehow...tedious? I think that's the word for it. It's not fun and whimsical like the first.

It feels really repetitive. Sure you can scale the difficulty, just lower is to minimum and win the game fast, but other then that I really didn't feel much fun from playing. The achievements are just there to look pretty, don't give you anything. This is a sequel so it is natural it isn't as good as the first one, but this just feel lazy in comparison to the first one, mainly because it feels like a reskinned version. There is a similar game here on Kongregate, a little defense game, a bit forgotten, called "Elona Shooter", with lots of upgrades, characters, classes, enemies, some real strategy. If you like this game, but feel like it's missing something, I'd really recommend playing "Elona Shooter".

For those objecting to the premium content, just ignore it. There's a complete game for non-buyers. It's a pretty solid little game too, worth a 4/5, I suppose. My biggest issues with the game are mostly founded around a lack of expansion from the previous game. Dont get me wrong, it's a good formula, but what makes this "2" versus an expansion pack? A couple hiccups here and there, but an easy, fun take on a genre that generally seems to get bogged down
