@ Askara - hold the mouse button down, don't click. I did that at first too. Hit space to use your ether and upgrade. Great game, simple shooter. I like it.

Terrific game, lightings and the "aurora" really toned down the mindless sci-fi violence going on too make it sorta relaxing. I play it for the effects not the action =P 4/5

A significant improvement over the original! This has made as much of a jump from Ether Cannon to Ether War as Bubble Tanks went from the first to the second rendition. What has gone from chaos and frustration is now a face-paced, high pitched epic battle. Pure win.

The intense explosions and music make this game exciting.It is relatively easy but that is a good thing because usually these types of games turn out to be frustrating.The ending cinematic was lame, it would of been better if it was an in game explosion with an overdose of particles, but all around a great game. 5/5

Way way too easy. And scoring is based on not winning fast... If you just wait around with one of the guardian orbs alive you can blast away at the generated orbs until you get bored racking up points/ether.

Too easy... first time didn't register beacuse the chat was offlline, but the second I got 22k time bonus. You only need 1 shield bonus, triple shot and cannon to win. You don't even need engine to chase the yellow balls, with 1 shield you can chase them from the inside and cut diametrically without beeing killed...

Wow. I would have never played this game if it weren't for Rumiko, and I'm starting to think I'd rather play 400 Kongai games to get her to drop than play this for 5 minutes.

Decent, but I didn't really notice a change in the number of particles when changing settings to try and reduce lag...need to do something about that, would've finished it much faster without that issue.

While I consider the engine/bullet effects to be nifty, the overuse of particles and the blinding rainbow colors is... not cool. Maybe for neurotic kids though. Better color schemes would make me rate this game higher.

Theres way too many particles even on low. You can barely see anything and what's going on. You can't dodge or protect you base or even give it some sort to shield. It's really hard to keep all the balls away from your base while trying to kill the sun at the same time. It's also too jumpy when you hit. So basicly, it's too jumpy and too colorfull. 2/5 (not because it's too hard. It's because of the 2 reasons I put befor the rating.)

Fun game with lots of pretty colours. Pretty easy though, I finished with 29051 total points. The trick is to get weapon lvl three, and then strip away the orbiting oranges. Nice game overall.
