Awesome game. Need a sequel with a storyline and an assorted of battles as you trek through the uinverse trying to escape, increasing your tech, and eventually track down and destroy the brood mother at her home planet.

jk, homework is done, BUT AWESOME graphics, gameplay AND music! 10/10 The ship reminds me of the Prometheus class of starship from Star Trek ^^

i still think multiplayer versions of this would be awsome. just thinking of how hard it'd be in 6 player servers with 3 of these things revolving around one base with 12 defence guns but the 'motherstar' wouild have 6 revolving rings of 'supergiant (a slightly redder colored) ' red stars. each ring consisting 4-16 of these stars. and the upgrades progeress through constantly more condensed stars. [green, then red revolving, then shadow, then white...however they are still medium in size. then the colors restart and the stars become more compact BUT MUCH STRONGER. the ships would also have 12 upgrades for defence fighters starting out with the simple fighter and working their way up to longer ships like destroyers and battle cruisers.... please rate up the comment if you agree if it'd be a good idea =3 SPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAM

Excellent game, the fast paced game play and units everywhere gave the feeling of a serious battle. The upgrade system was very balanced, and it was cool how the enemy would upgrade too. I also enjoyed having to shoot down the large revolving orbs. 5/5

not nice i didn't get my game completed achievement badge... well will give abit to c if it'll kick in 24hrs lol i do not want to have to play for another hour (how long it took me to finish) but will if need to.. 5/5 tho for nice game kinda laggy towards the end which is weird as i had low quality fewer enemies did not upgrade anything but weapon shield and engine. left allies and the base and missiles alone as was afraid cause to much lag. maybe i shoulda got the missiles for faster kills.. prob do that if have to defeat it again but outside of lag was nice game =D

this game is the counter evidence to the theory that graphics dont make a game ^^ it if would be less flashy and well animated youd probably not stay to see the end ^^
i agree to the top comment, a sequel would need a bit more of a story and maybe variable difficulty settings. after all if you watch out not to die too often its very easy to beat this game

I killed all the yellow ones, and decided to wait till i got all the upgrades before I beat it. I flew away, and the sun just exploded on it's own.

I WON! Just go near the sun and kill a lot. Level up your allies and yourself. As they get stronger, so do you. When you are at maximum level, kill all the yellow orbs and eventually the sun. YOU WIN!

It would be nice to have a bit of a tutorial right after you start instead of jumping completely into the action. Also, it would needs storyline, too. Overall, 4/5
