I beat the game in about an hour so here a tip to fast completion:
after you get lvl 2 of everything (not upgrades on bottom row)just focus on defenders and make sure they don't get a chance to heal and after you destroy 1 kill the spawn that are chasing you for ether keep upgrading and you'll beat in about an hour

PROTIP: Always upgrade allied ships first. Once you have the defense to hold off the enemy, you can start trying to take out the mothership. Also using 3-way and getting close really helps against the defense orbs. But you need speed to keep them in your sights.

It would be epic if there was an online multiplayer as well has a skirmish mode (reward for finishing this awesome game) which allows you to change the spawn rates. :P

Great game, really addicting and if there were more like it, it would be really awesome. You also need to make a second version that would be awesome

I took the absolute aggression approach; it was a bit challenging but very effective and exciting. This basically means attacking the brood mother's orbiters with only one upgrade each to Shields and Cannon, and never letting up the assault until everything is dead. By the end of it, I only needed three Shield upgrades, three Cannon upgrades, and two Engine upgrades, and the brood mother only managed one upgrade (the red bolo drones) before she was dead. It was great fun, nonstop blasting and explosions the whole way (the sort of thing this game was made for).

super game!! 5/5 but needs more stuff, a campaign mode, better upgrade system and more bosses! The only thing i dont like is that you can play it in only 5 minutes, i would like it to be much much longer !!! thumbs up if you agree!

Awesome game, very realistic, warlike feel w/the ships everywhere, very good graphics. Were it longer, with levels and stuff, & different ships, I would pay good money for this.

Sorry, ignore my previous comment, this strategy worked better for me: First, get 1 into cannon and Allies. Then get Smart Missiles, 1 into Engine, 1 into Cannon, 1 into allies, 1 into Shield, and another 1 into Engine, 1 into Cannon, 1 into allies, buy Secondary Cannons, buy Triple Shot. After this you should've killed the brood mother.
