well something didnt went well there,
its missing some
anyways, i think you ment .35 (inch)caliber. keep up the good work
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
im just playing it, but the standard rifleman towers says is carries a standard 35mm gun, well believem e it aint standard
its what apc are packing too blast people into pieces
striving for perfection :)

the skill points should based off ur personal level
so like making a tower, upgrading a tower, finishing a level, and killing an enemy gives xp for other points

A few more things. Escape or space should deselect/not buy whatever is selected. These 7 levels can be beaten with 6 or less machine gun towers, 1 range tower, 2 damage towers, and no upgrades. Lastly, clicking on the chrome (not gamefield areas that are part of the menu) should not deselect the current tower, but clicking random grass should. Overall, the game is fun though. It's mostly balance that needs work at this point. I love the bird chirping. There needs to be a Pause menu and the abilities to restart and to go back to the main menu. The level select should be the main menu, not the press play button.

There needs to be a way to deselect a tower from the Buy menu. Also, it's incredibly easy. 3 machine guns and 2 freeze towers at the start of any level

Okay, here is what you should have, more waves with different types of enemy units, swarm type units, enemy tanks? It's army inspired, and no tanks? Also I'd like to know the criteria for gaining skill points. I like everything about it, but it should be harder. Thanks, keep reading our comments and upgrading make the perfect game! 5/5

to illustrate my point I just beat the last lvl using four towers of the same type, not uppgraded, scoring about 64000

Unlike most tower defense games, it seems that quantity of towers seems to be better than upgrades. Actually, I'd say there is no reason to upgrade anything, at least as far as I've played Range boost towers are good, though.

this is a pretty good game, but i think there should be a tower that specializes in killing those rolling vehicles/things.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
when u deselect a tower the price at the sell button remains, and I think it's good that u dont have the usual tower types, if u want those kinds just play something els, but I do agree that it's still a bit easy, u can create a killing ground at the beginning of the maps and easily get the perfect score
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
good game, but i dont like your skill system, sorry, but it's horrible, try an xp tracker, or maybe if you beat a level with a certain score, but not what you have
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
you might want to check the weapons you are giving your soldiers... 35 and 50mm rifles? more like cannons. I think you mean 50caliber and 30caliber rifles. which is .5 and .3 inches. 50mm would be a massive, massive rifle. like, for a ship or a small tank
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Would be good to have a speed adjuster. get's a bit bring. Needs balanceing all round it would seem. but good game none-the-less
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Too easy to be a challenge. Need to be more use for tower suchs as slow. I would like to see different tower types, such as splash or area effect. I really like the flame thrower. Great effect in speeding up enemies.

Umm... It is still possible to add more than the amount of skills it shows, like you can add more than ten skill points to a certain skill...
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Has potential.
1. Enemy toughness needs to scale better, needs to be more difficult and have boss battles.
2. 300+ cost weapons needs to be scaled back in strength (but not in range)
3. Differentiate more between certain turrets. When placed next to each other, it becomes very hard to differentiate. Perhaps different colors (not just hues) or different graphics entirely for some.

"Machine gun turret. Fires burst of high caliber rounds. Has no special abilities". Yes, with the exception that it is freaking cheap, can be spammed and ass rapes all the enemies. Fix it, please.

I can max out every skill by replaying just those 7 levels. and the skills can be continually upgraded after they hit 10. Either make it harder to get points for the skills or add more on to those.

Great game...can't wait for the final version! Played all levels several times and Maxed out ALL skill points and may have found a small bug....after all skill points bars are full, I could keep earning skill points and it would allow me to add them to the individual skills but with no difference in game play or tower strength that I could notice. I do agree with some comments about the machine gun towers...beat all levels with 2 machine gun towers alone. my scores are: Area 1=18971; area2=25496; area3=33169; area4=39976; area5=49314; area6=71572; area7=76508

Pretty fun, for a brainless background. Implement a mute! ARGH! Most the issues were detailed in other comments. 4/5. Look up your weapon calibers for rifle man and sniper-- a .50 cal rifle, the most powerful legitimate sniper rifle, would be aprox 12.7mm. a 50mm as you have listed would not be "rifle", so much as a cannon. 30mm for a rifleman is the same issue.
.50 doesnt mean 50 mm.. .115 doesnt mean 115 mm either does it?

Fezz i think that it's just ur cpu, couse i saw everything there.
but upgrade info had been nice, and make it a little bit harder, maybe a boss as the last wave in each level or something ;)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Nice look, but levels are repetitive... Two machine guns, a sniper, and a rocket, then you alt-tab to something else. By the time you come back, you win!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I can see some real potential in this game... but it does need work, yes.
Also, the sound from the Sniper tower gets annoying VERY quickly. :\
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Needs better balancing. All the stuff about adding more units is nice, but should be put off until the existing issues are addressed. Has potential to be an elite game.

Even though it only displays up to 10 skill points invested in an area, you can keep spending and upgrading that area. I put like 20 points in mercenary making 160% more money... which uppped my total score.. which upped the amount of skill points I earned at the end of the level.. repeat
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
i would suggest, some upgrade info, as in what the upgrades are in fact doing...and lvl 4 is way too dark, i cant see anything.

I noticed after level 5 that you can get more skill points if you get a better score, so I went back and played a few, but then I played one I didn't mean to click on. Since there wasn't a "menu" option or a way to quit it, I figured I'd just let the guys come and lose. I got the "mission failed" screen and when I click "done" the panel comes across, but not completely and then opens back up to the same "mission failed" screen.
