fun and easy game. i really like that it is so simple: rotate buildings? nope. better control of units? nope. more and more different kind of units/robots etc.? nope. well done. it takes away some stress and thus, it is relaxing. would be cool if there was one hero type of unit available ... just as a fun character who is just trolling around the colony and being awesome, but its not really needed.

Also, upgrading system for colonists. Ways to upgrade their laser, armor, suit, and a learning mechanism (eg. becoming better for every mining). Maybe hard to implement but the game really demands it.

Buildings needs a 4-way port for power and water for easier building. I'm right above a power plant and I need to route all the way around. Inefficient and space consuming. Also, it should be able to be built below buildings.

It is a nice game. Wish the achivements had tooltips on them... but part of the charm is discovering what they are. Keep up the good work.

No, it doesn't work, sorry. No REAL control over the colonists, pipelining system is infuriating as hell, everything seem to live on its own. 1/5 from me. It's almost unplayable.

How about giving an option to sell resources for about 1/2 of their normall price in research? So you could sell a lot of food for a little metal :)

well i decided to give your 5 stars back.. to beat lvl 3 grab 6 lvl1 and one lvl 2 colonists and atack all pirate bases.. didnt think of this as an aggressive type of game

TIP: You can pick your colonist and drop him where you want! (shift + click)
So if some colonist just randomly runs in the middle of elite raider base, you can save his life!!

So I try to kill pirates, possibly stomp a base early on to give myself some breathing room later. Turns out that pirates will run inside their base and patch themselves up when injured; why don't my guys do that?

I found a very annoying bug, here is how to reproduce: Build component factory and wait for it to make some components. When you have enough components simply switch it off (because you need metal too). Now you will have some components stored inside the component factory (18 in my case). If you want to build something and components in the factory are your only, colonists won't use them! They will not take components out of the factory until you turn it on again. Such bug results in your hud showing that you have components, but still not being able to build.

like has been said before has a lot of potential but a very lazy and clearly untested design. Did you have anyone beta test this it has an unfriendly learning curve and I have no idea why my guys get unhappy and leave when I have plenty of food an O2. Needs much better instructions and a vastly improved UI to start.

Loved the game... unfortunately couldn't bear the slow pace and stopped playing half an hour in. Please add a fast forward button, at least in the beginning.

I always appreciate good ideas with instant 5 stars. I love the fact - though its a small detail - that not only you can continue gaming after finishing the mission, even the menu changes so you can just change into next mission, anytime you want. smooth, dude.

well the 5 stars i gave is going down to 1 until imporvments are made.. after 2 hours on teh same level because they keep chasing im frusterated, get it fixed to get your 5 stars back

8th time restarting cause they keep chasing into enemy base and dying.. also if the dust storm slowed down the pirates somehow would make it better.. not fair it breaks my building but the pirates have no effect on them

hmm, game has potential, however, it lacks a lot of tactical possibilities. One mistake and you are done, there is lalways only one way to succeed - gets kind of boring real quicky.

While my initial impression was "meh", the game turned out to be much more fun than I'd thought, once I realised that a) colonists actually need to run around transporting materials (that's why construction is "waiting"), and b) pipes and cables need to be built the same way, until they had a colonist actually go there with materials they don't exist.
Features: I wish for an on-screen indicator of game speed. The pipeline ports are in the same place on every building; if you could rotate them, that would no longer be true, so you can't. You get metal and components back when you destroy a building (click on it, there's an icon at the side of its panel). Definitely zoom your browser to see more detail. For science!

Also, personally I am not a fan of the disappearing minerals, I personally just like to sit and "fiddle" with the game, doing everything slow but steady, building my economy up...

Before anyone downrates the game unnecessarily, please note: 1) Yes it is small, but zooms up with your browser zoom. 2) If you don't want your workers to attack, disable their "Guard" job in the "Jobs" menu and make sure there isn't an enemy building currently "targeted" 3) If your workers aren't building, they are likely waiting for materials to be transported to the site, clicking on the building will tell you how many metal (m:) and components (c:) items are needed before building can start. 4) You might also be out of needed material for building to start. 5) Workers have to do other things besides their assigned job function, such as eat/sleep, which is another reason why they may not be building/collecting at the moment 6) Don't play this in IE (yet), problem with the game save, bug has been reported. 7) This game rocks, especially once you get the hang of it. Rate it after you've played it for a while.

I like the concept, but the game is unbearable. This has to be the dumbest bunch of space explorers in the universe. My colonists do whatever the heck they want even if I change their jobs. Buildings take forever to build. I wish there was a zoom. I will refrain from rating because I will end up giving a lower score than this deserves.

After the tutorial told me 3 times not to quit the tutorial, I quit the tutorial. The goal is for us to learn your game quickly and easily, not to lecture us on how important your tutorial is.

Metal extractors should operate at lower speeds (like 1/10 or 1/8 of normal speed) when there are no metals. Other than that - great game.

I'm really disliking the click feature on here. It took me nearly 5 minutes to find out that you had to click and hold; which in addition to being an annoyance, it really slows things down. But all in all, it's a very good game, just a few minor flaws. 4.5/5 (5/5)
