good: really nice graphics, i like the extra missions and the unlocking system.
bad: when i shell out 10.5 million for permanent weapon, plus 1.5 for auto negative effect canceller, plus however much the bonus lock skill was, well, I expect to actually be able to KEEP a weapon. That weapon killing neg sucks. Bonus lock and missiles shouldn't have to be activated every level, either.
Also, the bouncing along the edges is pretty annoying.

Nicely done, well improved over the first one. I especially like the music in this one, particularly the title screen music.. its so awesome! I wish it were a full length song. Whomever this gebz person is, he has to do it! dooo eeet!!! 5/5

Rather nice. 5/5 for sure, except -- the 'Death in X' powerups. So unnecessary, especially during bosses. -1 just for that.

If you get a purple tint negative effect it is a auto-kill effect from certain enemies. You need to neg-effect cancel to survive

Why did using an armor pack (missed the reward magnet hotkey) during Nekon Attack mode spawn a bunch of normal enemies that killed me?

I seriously have no idea what you guys are talking about. About the yui cheat and pressing shift sends you back to the shop. Maybe its because I have a different computer?

can you fix the bug when you hit the shift button on the key board it takes you to the shop and then you can click the next level button and skip levels

it wont save my file. twice i had it completely deleted. i even saved it onto my kongregate account, and thats got deleted to.

Excellent sequel, I saw improvement on all aspects of the game. The $$ from achievements/levels was enough for the upgrades, you no longer had to replay levels just for a weapon or a better ship. Skills also made the game much more fun, you weren't restricted to just Stealth & Boost anymore. That aside, the missions gave me incentive to go back and replay levels, but I felt that there could have been more variety to them. I also liked the challenges, which gave the player something else to do rather than just playing through the campaign repeatedly. The biggest improvement would have to be level-size, no more cramped levels, now you can flank enemies and actually dodge. Still had some issues with the game though. When giant ships appear, they take up nearly half the screen and restrict movement, meaning you can't dodge. There were also the inescapable boss attacks that made things more challenging (and a bit unfair). It surpasses the original by leaps and bounds, well done! - 4/5

Is it just me or does the original boss look a lot like Genu from the first game?
This game is definitely an improvement; I love it! If there's one thing negative I have to say, it's that I preferred the old music. Still, 5/5 from me.

was playing through normaly then sudenly it came up (cheats) next to the level indicator? i duno what i did that counted as a cheat, but i would love to know what i did

as an experienced kong player, (I can say that i am above 30) I found this game to be extremely easy, although I was not able to attempt to play it the first day it came out. However, it is of as good quality of the original, if not better, and I enjoyed it. Contrary to skater, i think this game will get badges (thanks greg) as the original managed that. All in all well done!

While I loved and played the **** out of the original, and I do like the changes in this version, the inability to control the ship with the mouse really kills it for me. If that were made an option then I would definitely give this game 5 stars.
