the dragons go right through you and hit your wall, killing it in like 4 hits (and there are two of them) and you really should fix that glitch, currently the games nigh unbeatable with my front wall gone

someone obviously put a lot of time into making this game. however, the game is waaaay too long and gets boring very fast. 3/5

Special skills shouldn't count towards the valid moves count. I shouldn't have to use a skill when I don't want to just because I have no other moves left and the board won't reset.

Hmm, If I keep winning, why do they keep getting further into our territory? I should just skip the battles and fight them at the capitol.

This game has a great concept, which makes the glaring flaws with it more pronounced:
1) Ranged support is necessary for the cavalry and infantry, and there's only one way to get it. If you don't get it, you're screwed.
2) Getting 4-combos is necessary, but happens too infrequently. I agree with the comment that six colors is too many for such a small board.
3) Speaking of colors, the switch board itself is difficult to look at; everything blends together because the colors are similar and the designs are muddy. It needs a lot more contrast, and definitely a new selection of colors.
4) The in game advertising automatically gets it a 1/5 rating. I don't mind it on the title screen, but after beating every level (after six)? Intrusive and unnecessary.

@Xados: I agree about how the match 4-5s are too important. My suggestion would be to let the player recruit a guard after a certain number of match 3s, like reviving a hero. The game as it is actually encourages the player to just randomly match everything and hope that you a)hit a match four randomly or b)do so many bad matches that you run out of moves and a mobilization saves you, which is not very compelling gameplay.

Over all good game. My only 2 complaints are that sometimes when you need to swap a skill with another spot the skill activates instead of swapping, and sometimes I'm out of moves and have to use a spell when I don't need to (e.g. heal when I'm at full hp) to get the board to rest. I think it would be nice if the boarsd would reset reguarless of the skills being used.

I had a weird bug, I used the 2nd skill of the horseman and then while using it he died.
After reviving him, he finished the skill and didn't come back.
He had full hp and all but he wasn't appearing, I had to play the whole level without the horseman.

I found that the best items for the Champion were the Axe and Light Armor, neither of which is open at the beginning of the game. The Axe provides the ranged attack he needs and the Light Armor is the best support he can provide. For the Cavalier, the items open at the beginning are the best, Spear and Cloak. Without the charge, he's screwed. And even though his other items give a bit more hp, the cloak was the best option. Find one with an HP enhancement and you're golden. The best items for the Wizard are the Rod and Shield. The rod has a great match ability, and it can also have a random enchant slowing effect, making the Wizard even more powerful. The shield is the best option here because it provides unparalleled support, but the bag should be used instead of the shield if you're having health problems with your melee heroes.

I think all Heroes should have ranged attack because when ranged units come (mainly the catapult) The horsemen and the warrior are screwed.

It is a good idea for a game and I was enjoying it but after failing level 7 six times in a row I am giving up. My characters are above level 10, I have the best weapons and accessories the store has to offer and I cannot keep my guys alive no matter how many support characters I put next to them. I don't mind retrying a challenging game but this is just punishment.

Just finished - I seem to be the only one here who didn't get pissed at the balance of the horseman. I quite liked the charge ability and found that if you give him a good weapon and use it at the right time it pretty much clears up all his enemies and gives you lots of time to strengthen his walls, heal him, or combine another 4 green to let him charge again… I do however completely agree with Eclecto's summary of the witch. :D
The final few levels seem to drag on for a long time without becoming any more challenging. But either way it was a good game and some time well procrastinated - I just wish the end felt more like the former than the latter.

This game is Bejeweled with some people fighting on the side.

Holy christ, my eyes are bleeding. C'mon Kon give us some kind of larger screen option for certain games at the very least.

It got a bit boring towards the end, but good game nonetheless. My problem is: you have three lanes, but to this moment it's not really clear to my why; if enemies always stay in the same lane and almost every attack is in the same lane too, you're really just playing 3 instances of the same game at once.

i cant decide if this game is really awesome because of it's sheer epicness or really lame because THE FREAKING KNIGHT FAILS EVERY MISSION FOR MY BY BEING THE WEAK LINK IN MY ROYAL CHAIN. GOOOOOOOD LORD, HE NEVER ADVANCES LEVELS, HE LOSES STATS AND HE DIES EVERY MISSION. WHATS THE DEAL?

it seems easy to not watch any of the action at all and only the tiles in this game. making it no different then any other game of the genre

TBH I think that they need a better way of provisioning and supplying there forces. But that's mainly because I don't like matching games. It's a well implemented game, though.

I fortified horseman with all troops I have and didnt fortify anyone else:
outcome: only horseman died
worst game ever made

I like it, and how itreminds me of Puzzle Quest. My only gripe is with how dark the tile colours are. It makes seeing all possible moves a bit more difficult than it should be. Other than that, fun and addicting, even though that's moreso because of how long each map takes to clear.
