Developer Updates

Jan 15, 2011 5:14am

New version coming… Increased performance by a LOT and better controls.
Edit:ok so i missed the 21st. lol. ill get it out…
Update: Why its taking so long to update. Well 47% reduced verts, 39% less polygons and 61% less draw calls takes time. (whats that really mean? well i reduced 350 drawcalls on average to about 50) that should increase performance by a ton on older machines.

This game would benefit from either having a radar of some kind or an indicator of where you are being shot from. I found myself being shot at all times but I didn't know what was shooting me. You might also add some sort of secondary attack such as an explosive shot that costs maybe 100-500 rounds.

Note to players : If an orb has sight of you, you will get shot at, no matter how far away you are. Its best to hide within the city and take cover.

Controls are unstable, making accurate shooting nigh impossible while standing still, never mind while moving.

The cursor controls are too hard to control, it would be way easier if you could just move the mouse around the screen and it centered in on it

Sorry if it lags, I have an old computer and it runs just fine on it. Ill try to so some optimizations but theres a lot going on and it takes power to make it look good.
