Apparently the old version made the game go a lot faster. There should be an option for an "easy mode" that goes at that speed.

It'd be nice if the appearance of the "hero" guy changed with each level. With games like this it's those tiny rewards that make them engaging.

I just realized that you aren't attacking the tree, you are trying to help it grow. The ninja spreads fertilizer, the robot aids photosynthesis, the priest blesses the soil, and the wizard is casting nature magic.

I notice you raised the cost of everything by quite a bit. The game progresses about only half as fast, if not even slower, as it did a week ago. For some people, that'll be a turn off because this game doesn't offer much else to keep your attention. I know, I know, "but it are teh eyedole gamez, yure not posed to pay uhtenshuns to its!" Some people actually enjoy PLAYING the game though, most idle games don't do much at all because they offer too little interactivity. That same thought pattern rings true for me too, now it progresses too slow and is pretty boring to me.
