This is a well thought out game. Unfortunately, it's a money grab. Anyone willing to pay real cash can be multiple tiers above those who pay little or none. Not well balanced compared to similar pay as you go concepts.

@d_e_s_t_r_o_y obviously you didn't try this, even though it is updated NOW doesn't mean it's going to ever be updated again... KIXEYE was the developer behind backyard monsters. The game got a fatal bug, and instead of even TRYING to fix it, they took the game down completely instead... I tried this for a little bit, but it really didn't catch me on anyways. 1/5

It seemed to be a fine little strategy game when, of course, I run into rampant and obvious hacking. There's not much point in developing a fleet when a hacker destroys it with a few minutes of program adjustments.

Dear KIXEYE, please team up with the Casual Collective again. The Casual Collective developers have designed some of the best flash games ever (Desktop TD, Space Game, and so on). And these are among the highest rated on Kong. Instead of wasting effort on the saturated and old market of click-and-wait, you could be creating competitive casual games that bring people together and offer hundreds of hours of pure enjoyment. Please when you do join back up with them don't make a game like Backyard Monsters again, instead listen to what they have to say because they have all the good game ideas. I would happily pay $200 to you and the CC if they promised to release a solid stream of awesome games that combine your expertise with their creativity.

I would appreciate some kind of mark of the connection state in the game. I currently have bad internet connection and I am forced to repeat all my actions 2-3 times 'cause I don't know if I'm connected or not.

Hey, kixeye, im hearing crap about you but I dont care. This game is pretty cool, not to mention kinda easy, especially for beginners. Let them hate, but I still think this is good.

This Kong version does not have a separate server. Because this game is launched on facebook for quite a while, it means that you will be curbstomped by high-level players unless you buy gold in game. It's not $200 gold, but gold that is worth your house.
