Card Wager - X Cards to be played over either a set of 3 games or a single game.
PRE-PICK two decks to play with, you can swap between them between games of the set. (or stick to the same one)
After winning, you can choose one of the opponents cards from his decks, or a random card from his sideboard.
Requires you to have at least some threshold of cards and wins to prevent people from creating accounts to "farm" cards to their main account without risking card loss.
Idea 2: A seperate game type that wagers only item cards, because after a while players will have gotten all the character cards and it would be a pain to lose them and find it again randomly

Just a few suggestions: Being a perfectionist, it kinda bothers me when I read "3 damage each for 3 turns" or something similar. It should read "3 damage each [turn] for 3 turns." Not a huge deal, but I doubt it would take much time to fix. Also, are there any plans to add music to the game? Music would greatly improve the game overall. Lastly, I would like to see the words "Intercept" and "Switch Out" under their respective buttons in-game. I might be the only one who mistakes them, but several times I have clicked Intercept and instantly realize that it wasn't the Switch Out button I wanted. This has made for some crucial errors.

Shadow:
1. Indeed! It's two different games.
2. Game history would be nice. Also a graph showing match wins/losses and character killing and something like that.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Breath:
1. Me too
2. Me too (maybe a drag'n'drop system)
3. Whaddaya mean?
4. First one of the attacks happens. Then the other one. Then effects and death and stuff.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
- There should be separate stats for 3v3 and 5v5.
-A game history of a single person would be nice. (i.e. this person played this person at this time.)

Also maybe give testers more cards to play around with...instead of the limited amount we have. Of course take them away when it really goes live
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Very well done, just a few suggestions:
(1) Deck Builder - When u add a card to ur deck, u can read the description of the skills anymore! You have to de-select it just to read it again =.=
(2) A more organized deck builder page would be better. Could include catergories and a smaller view.
(3) I cant read the item card since the game screen is too big!
(4) What happens when 2 attacks of the same speed happen at the same time? Is it 50-50?

innate abilities like cain's should specify the damage type that's increased ( physical ) because it might be confusing.

Sorry for the double-comment, but I's just calling dem as I sees dem. What are beta testers for?
In my opinion, Vanessa Voss is slightly overpowered. She has a fairly powerful, cheap, fast main attack, two distance attacks, life drain, and an ability that allows her to rip through anyone with much dark resistance.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I'm vaguely confused by what skills like Vanessa Voss' Radiance Burst mean when they are described as 'striking all enemies'. Does this mean it hurts fleeing foes, all the enemy cards in the game, or even that we can expect 2 vs 2 matches?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Needs more animation to make it really fun, not just letting the characters move like cardboard. Make them like actual people.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
If Vanessa Voss (The Daywalker) is equipped with the Gem of Souls and uses Radiance Burst to kill one or more enemies in the opponent's hand, Gem of Souls gives her the ability of the opponent currently on the field, rather than that of the one actually killed.

Great job so far keep up the good work! The only thing that really bothers me so far is that the Hp and Energy bars don't update right after the attack I think they should. Maybe when you rest you can gain a little Hp maybe like 5hp or something like that.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
i think that there should be an redistribution of energy... An match that i had Phoebe and Estevao Onimaru would never end , becaus i couldn't launch her best attack because it costs 55. If it was 50 , the match would be fair , i was winning and lost at that point

Yeah, I agree with spectator mode.
Some other cool stuff:
- Speed-Kongai (10 seconds to do your action)
- Team matches (2v2 probably)
- Championship mode
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Kongai lacks one thing at the moment for me - spectactor mode. Each game should have 1-2 places for spectactors, who would just and only *observe* the game. This kind of thing is very useful, esp. for noobs to see better players in action.

kretak, you were still hitting him cause Ninja-Port and you attack had the same speed.
Anyway, I have a complain. This Single Player bot is too much dumb. He never changes the distance, and do some idiot choices, like intercepting with Tafari. I think that there should have some levels for the bot. Something like Rookie, Advanced, Pro, etc. It would be good for training, etc.

but nothing happens during the turn in which hide is cast. usually people just wait that out slash rest. also, if they did attack, it would have a pretty decently high chance of missing, especially with the popular elusive feather combo. the previous turn is basically just a wait turn. it sux that u aren't able to ever strike back if that is cast(not including charm+shield bash)

I was in a fight using Ashi and my opponent was using Ayama. They ninja ported away and I attempted to use my bleeding strike. They succeeded in hitting and moving away, but it still allowed me to hit them once they were out of range.

I was in a 3 v 3 fight and both my opponent and I had only 1 card left. I was using Andromeda and they were using Helene with an item that restores 2 hp per turn. They couldn't catch me and I couldn't whittle them down. The chase went on for about 15 minutes until I finally just let myself die.
Point being, it would be nice to have the option of an "offer draw" button. I think it would save people getting fed up over no win/no loss situations or gives people another option if the last turn is between two cards with a sliver of health left that could go either way.

How about a message when someone leaves a match. I was typing in match chat after match when the opponent already left minutes ago :)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I got one suggestion: negative "elemental" resitance - dark and light resistance could be dropped below 0, making multiple attacks better...
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Also, when you chose 'Host Game' in the menu, you're given the option of 3-Card of 5-Card. Would it be that hard to add a 'Cancel' button?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Being able to flip the cards over on the Deck Builder screen once they've been put into your deck would save a lot of hassle.

I feel as if ambush is unnecessarily fast. It's already probably one of the strongest if not the strongest with 65 or so damage but 10 speed?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
one thing i wanna see done, is when someone is attacked, i noticed the number on the life meter doesnt change until the tur n is over. can u make it so it goes down during the turns?

The deck save function has an error message that duplicate *cards* are not allowed. That's not 100% true as duplicate item cards are perfectly fine. It should say that duplicate character cards are not allowed.

I have a few suggestions so far: 1. Spectator mode to watch other people’s games. 2. Better, more in depth, descriptions for some of the innate character abilities and moves. For example, some characters have “a chance” to do something, like poison another character, but the card itself doesn’t let the player know how much of a chance until that character is actually used in a deck. 3. Selectable AI skill (Easy, Medium, Hard, Impossible). 4. 3-Card single player games. 5. Separate win/loss stats for single player games. 6. “Total games played” multiplayer and single player stats. I found the learning curve to be quite easy, but I was a TCG-whore when I was smaller. At first glance I find some characters to be somewhat unbalanced, but I'm going to experiment a bit more before I comment on that. There seems to be a mountain of possibilities with this game and I look forward with anticipation!

More comments: speed feels counterintuitive (it feels like a lower speed should lead to a faster attack, since that number feels like how long an attack should take.) Obviously, this is the reverse of what's actually true.

Love it. It's definitely a tricky game at first. Mastering the items, and most importantly character moves is a must.

When I'm starting a singleplayer game, I can only choose 3 or 5 card decks, according to my last played online gamemode. And I would like some better sound effects/music. The game system works well and I didn't get any errors. An ingame tutorial with cutscenes and stuff would be great for the newbie/young gamers.

@Blaze, the learning curve seems to be medium, not too easy to pick up but not too complicated either. The fact that there is an encyclopedia avaialble is pretty helpful. Plus in the chat most people don't seem to mind helping.

seems like the AI for single player is kind of broken; they never changed distance even with the Andromeda or some of the other long range fighters.
