Under rating threshold (show) Oh, suggestion: Wins should add 5 xp to your levle, and for levels, you can fight ranked matches with opponents within 5 levels of you, friendly matches can be any level.

Under rating threshold (show) In battle, when switching heroes, the "Switch" button partially overlaps the tabs for attacks on the back side of the card. It would be nice to more easily navigate those tabs.

Under rating threshold (show) When building a deck, I would like to be able to flip the card that I've chosen and see the stat effects with the item attached. It makes it a little easier rather than removing the card so that I can flip it and take a look at the regular stats.

Under rating threshold (show) I just started today, and it's pretty good, shows a lot of promise like odjn said. I also agree that the attacks are kind of blah at times. However, this is beta, so...and I think the computer needs to be smarter. It never changes the ranges to its advantages, even with Andromeda! It just stays at close the whole time and keeps using "Kick". very lame. So far it's got a 3/5 for me, although I haven't had a chance to play other people yet. Any why do I have a four star ranking without even playing a game?

Under rating threshold (show) It's pretty good so far...it has a lot of promise. I can hardly wait until a way to earn cards through the game comes out. The only thing is that the while the cards look nice, the attack effects are a little lackluster and not very interesting.

Under rating threshold (show) @Zerragon re: luck factor. I think Helene's problem is that she deals a lot of damage for the energy you spend. That she attacks fast adds to it, but I don't think that would be such a big deal if she wasn't hitting for so much (In other words, she needs to be weak and quick or slow and strong. Since we already have Ashi...). But I agree that the gameplay's very random. Perhaps a bit too much so since making the game so swingy makes luck more important than skill. You need some randomness, some forgiveness for players who aren't perfect, for the fun factor and there's definitely a place for cards like Popo that are high risk/reward but I think it's tilted a bit too far towards "throwing the keyboard at the wall in frustration because you just missed a roll" at the moment.

Under rating threshold (show) @minusdriver re: obs mode The benefit of observer mode would be precisely that people's play can be seen by a greater number of players. That way successful strategies can be propagated and unsuccessful or degenerate ones weeded out much faster than they would be if the only way to learn how to play a certain way would be to actually run up against it during a match. Or by knowing where to go to find the matches that people have recorded. Metagames develop and exploits are found (And, hopefully, corrected) much slower in such an environment. I'm not sure the game can support observable matches but if it does then you don't need to make every game observable. You just need an option to view your last match and those of the top ranked ladder players. Privacy concerns can be taken care of by providing unranked matches - the "Challenge a Friend" option.

Under rating threshold (show) Helene is a bit overpowered, I suggest setting her speed 8 attacks to 5 or 6. Also a bit too much luck factor around the Hit/Miss thing, for instance missing on a 70+ energy attack is so devastating its not fun. Other than that, its a nice mixture of challenge and fun, and I think youve made a promising card game.

Under rating threshold (show) Not all games have the option for spectator mode their just that way no option. I suppose if it had the option to allow or not allow spectator mode for your game I wouldn't have a problem with it Cloud_9ine.

Under rating threshold (show) spectator mode? possibly. but yeah, a bug. If Ninja-port is used, if a melee attack is used by the enemy that same turn, but goes AFTER the ninja port, it still hits, though this shouldn't be possible.

Under rating threshold (show) This game's cool, it keeps you playing for quite a while, at least me :P. I liked the idea that every character in the game has different attacks, it makes the strategy go to a whole new level. It has lag though, sometimes I can't manage to see my characters, nor my opponent's.

Under rating threshold (show) I'm actually against the idea of having a spectator mode personally. Might make one of the players uncomfortable with someone looking over his shoulder and maybe learn his playing style. I’m sure others might not care; although, I think like myself I would a little. Just my 2 cents though

Under rating threshold (show) I have only played this game a few times, but it is getting better and more addictive with each duel. The is the greatest card game i've played online and there was some careful thinking / planning put into this game. 5/5 overall and can't wait for this to be released to everyone for more people to fight against. I have not encountered any strange bugs yet, but will report what's seen. All other inputs or ideas I would've had have been explained by "KillSmiley"

Under rating threshold (show) I see that there is an option to "earn cards" on the main menu that is thus far unclickable. Does anyone have anymore information on that option as to what you can do to earn cards or when the option will be abailable?

I've only played one game on the new server but I know I will be playing more. lol

Under rating threshold (show) I am impressed with the amount of work that seems to have gone into this game already, even by these beta test stages. I haven't noticed any bugs, per se, and I assume there are lots of balancing issues to yet work out. As I play more, I will most definitely notice more things and add them to the comments list. For now, just accept my gratitude for being allowed to beta test.

Under rating threshold (show) One thing I respect in games like this is the option for a "mutual quit" where neither person takes a win/loss. This is good for times when one person has to leave (for whatever reason), and when the other is willing to allow a friendly quit. Hopefully we'll see this feature in the future! :)

Under rating threshold (show) So I've played some matches, and I haven't seen any major bugs. The gameplay system is pretty good - it's only broken by a few unbalanced cards, but I won't get into that here. I do think there's some stagnation due to the small number of characters, which must really suck for players with just a few character cards, so I hope you have a way to obtain more cards by the time the game goes gold. I do think that will be fixed once more card sets have been released, and as I writer I can help with that (I don't know if you accept card submissions or not). The AI in single player sucks, but that doesn't really matter since it's a primarily multi-player game. I do think it would be nice to be able to create matches with certain rules or restrictions (random only, no items, etc), and I agree with several other testers that an observation mode would be great, provided that the players can opt out if they want (perhaps by including a privacy setting in the match setup).

Under rating threshold (show) I think that a nice thing to add would be 11Single-player Missions'' whe the AI is less dumb. Then , there could add a little more history to the game , instead of the classic just-go-and-kill of all the Card games those days. Also , it would be nice if each character had an history , Like '' Vanessa Voss was a quiet girl , that is , before she was bitten by Cornelius * to be continued *'' it would add a lot for the game... and i think taht the reward for some missions could be some cards that can only be obtained that way.

Under rating threshold (show) Emily pointed out that when the game actually began, that we would be able to rechoose our starters, the only problem is others are going to complain about it when they start, but switching whenever you want would defeat the purpose, because then you can just constantly rechoose until you have a perfect deck, which is unfair.

Under rating threshold (show) is the AI able to change range or not? on matches vs Ashi, when she was on long range, she never change range and always rest... because first she canot attacks from long range only for that reason she should have change for close combat
