Bug alert - My Marquis's Vampiric Touch vs. Cain Solomon's Tackle - they drained both down to 0, Marquis healed for 17, but then his picture disappeared and tho I could exchange him, he shows up as Dead with 17hp in my deck...

I've not played much, but I like it! I've only played one practice game, but I noticed sometimes when the AI switched out opponents, even after the new name appeared the opponent itself took a few seconds, then suddenly popped into existence. That's not a very smooth entrance. I'm guessing it has to load the graphic, but that should be done ahead of time, no?
Just a little cosmetic bug, so I don't mind if it takes a while to fix.

Every once in a while when you access the deck builder menu the options to choose deck size will be grayed out and you can't build a deck

Bug: On the help page under "Reading Character Cards" and "Buffs and Debuffs" it says "Some abilities apply a positive effect (buff) on your or a..." a positive effect on your what? Your character? Or is this just supposed to say 'you'?

Love the changes, guys. One thing about earning cards from a win: I might suggest that, rather than a static 2% chance to earn a card, you adjust the chances based on the player's current card total. In other words, someone just starting out with the starters would have a better chance to get a card than someone like me.

i like few updates but wtf... no matter what i always get parallelized and i never get to do it... i have lost half my matches due to somone getting lucky and using paralyze like 5times in a row

this is more of a question....what lvl do u have to be to join the beta testing cause my m8, gimmy777 really wants to join. ive let him have a go and he says it is superb and wished he could play it.so please, can some1 twell me the necessary lvl to join beta testing so i can tell my m8 so then he could reach it?

Rumiko just landed 11 poison dart hits in a row. Every hit landed (90%chance) and every poison missed (25%chance). I think there is only a 1.3% chance of both those happening. You sure the RNG is working?

Death Mask seems overpowered. I'm not sure what the chance to perform the phylactery type move is, but it seems to be ridiculously high. This should be fixed, since it makes killing a character way, way harder than it should be.

I think one reason there are less games is because there are a lot of bugs that have been known for weeks, but not fixed. So there's not much incentive to find new ones.

I'm going to go pound nails into my eyelids to keep them open now. Because, every time I close them, I see AlienKitty's comment. I must stay awake, must not slip into unconsciousness, must not allow myself to sleep ever again. Because it will only warp my dreams and haunt the nightmares they will surely become.
In other words, good god, people, are some of you even playing the same game I am? Someone really needs to clean out this comment thread. With napalm.

Yeah, I had it wrong before - jumped to the wrong conclusion or jumped the gun on the proposed new functionality. As far as I can tell, at the moment it's got an absurdly high chance to proc a Phlactery-like last minute 1hp save. I have no idea what that chance is nor do I really feel like sitting down and beating up on the AI long enough to figure it out. It's been corrected now (Whole list has been updated and should be accurate now but, you know, the more eyes looking for mistakes the better.) but I should probably put up a big disclaimer on the list that everything I say might be only tangentially connected to reality.

there is a glitch with ashi "power wing" if you use that on last card it will kick your enemy's card out and put it back and if it goes first enemy cant do anything

You should be able to switch with the active player, effectively preforming a dodge. This would make last stands more fun and playable.

Kongregate—a quick note: you probably haven't fanlised the starter-card situation yet, but if anything, please mention that players can't pick their starter cards again (assuming the system remains the same as it is). If you can't directly resolve an issue, at least make people aware of it. Perhaps a "pick my starter cards later" option would be nice along with the "random (all cards)" feature, if you keep that feature.

also regarding the death mask, ive had a match where the death mask prevented the person from dying around 6 times? before i finally killed him with a dark attack so that version stated is also incorrect

To make things clear about Death Mask:
bq."What happens is that, yes, all your attacks become dark. You also get +1 dmg. And rather than be invincible against dark attacks you die not when you are killed but at the end of the round - allowing you to trade blows even if your opponent's damage would finish you off before your attack would land."

the directed quoted info on death mask is as follows "changes all your attacks to dark magic. Cannon be killed by dark magic"

okok this is sometthing we need to address.
Death Mask is a veyr misleading item because IT DOES NOT PREVENT U FROM DYING AT 100%.
Its a percentage based chance to save you if im nt wrong it was around 50% chance ot save you when you got killed by a dark spell. Either way it never made ure character unkillable. Just tougher to die

igma it does not show you it changes.. all my attacks were dark magic.. the only glitch is.. i can die from dark magic... and it does not show you all my attacks go dark

@imbored: There will be a ranked section and you'll be able to earn cards you don't have. It really hasn't been explained in much detail but that's my understanding.

they should have the starter cards changable for the first week and then lock them.
It would be cool if since this is Kongregates main game we could use our points in it or something. just an idea. maybe purchase cards???

@jewstylekungfu some of us have serious already been playin this for months... there is really not much interest in continuing to play until all the cards are released and it goes live. I think this is the main reason not many are on. Not to meantion some of us are testing other alpha & beta games atm. Just my 2 cents.

one of the cards in my deck dissapeared when i switched it out of play... It didn't come back until I ran out of other cards and waited for the timer to run down.

It looks like most everyone has lost interest in the game. I log in at any given waking hour in the Eastern Time Zone, and am lucky to find one other person to play a match with.

@ re-picking starters
The developers have said we'll have a chance to pick again once the game is released. And, yes, it has been mentioned before. Numerous times. Which, I'd think would point out that the developers haven't really come up with an answer at all - especially since it's not going to help any new players who likewise pick sub-par cards.
