Minor bug I found while hunting for the last "secret" I was missing: *SPOILER* if you've already flipped the sun switch (above the giant flower) to melt the cube, you can get another cube again where the first one came from (I did it after reloading and coming back to the game later). I went to crush it again, thinking it might be the last secret I was missing, but instead that second cube disappeared immediately once I put it in place. When I attempted to flip the switch to open/melt the box, nothing happened either. Glitchy box/cube thing. :')

For some reason, I am incapable of pulling down the left lever to access the inside of the floating box? I don't know why. Any tips?

Minor spoiler alert, guys.
The pixel-perfect way some objects need to be interacted with is really annoying. For example, when I use a key on a door, it should be obvious that I want to put it into the lock not rub it all over the door or something. Same thing with the mine cart - it would've been a lot more comfortable if using the wheel on the entire cart would trigger the action of inserting it, especially since using objects removes the mouse pointer making it harder to click in the right spot.

Also: the puzzle for which the binoculars gives the clue/answer can be brute forced. I just played through the game a 2nd time, and because I remember the solutions, I simply put in the answer and it worked. Before ever even entering the room where the binoculars are found.

The way out of the cube should be the bottom left room. The correct color for that room is cyan. So, if you have gotten yourself lost in the cube, move left until the option is no longer available (should only be once), and keep trying to move back (at most 2x, 2nd time leaving you outside).

Sorry, no. Can't play this frustrating game. Needs polish and it is full of lag and no clues and... no. Just don't publish your game to soon. Put some effing polish on it, test it more. This is frustrating not relaxing.

To the people complaining about grammar/spelling: We with fairly strong English might notice the errors and consider them unfortunate, but there's no need for it to harm the quality of experience you have with the game. If this were specifically a story about someone who is a native English speaker I could see that, but the nature of the main character isn't specified here. The main character could be anyone from anywhere, trying to find a lost brother. Why not just imagine it being someone with a first language other than English, telling the story to an English audience?

This game is a bad point and click game. First of all, it's incredibly annoying to move around. Stands out because of the amount of empty screens. And it's unclear what I can move to. Secondly, there's the lack of hints. It's unclear what objects can be interacted with, and what objects can't. Examples; the unobtainium(Unobtainium is a stupid name; I know James Cameron did it, but he had millions of dollars) and 2 levers. If you start on the left, it won't stay down. I had to GUESS that I have to do it the other way around. Or the pipe-device; you need to uncover it to put in the cog. Do I wait for my cursor to turn into a hand? That's not the way to do this. Good point and clicks have inspect or a protagonist commenting; "This cover is loose, I think I can remove it". Case in point; the stand. I had no clue it was a stand, or that the floating block was far away! These problems aren't fixed by linking to the walkthrough ingame. Why? If your game is good, you don’t need a walkthrough!
Hi. I have finished the next part of Abandoned. It's not Abandoned 2, but spin-off. Some bridge between 1st and 2nd part. Hope you'll like it. http://www.kongregate.com/games/krutovigor/abandoned-the-cube-chambers/

And now I'm stuck in the color blocks. No way out. I just go around in circles and I can't go back and look at/find the colors. No exit, just doors to the next box. Glitch? It doesn't match the walkthrough.

Having said that, the game is excellent. The puzzles were - for the most part - logical and interesting. The cube puzzle that gave some of us trouble was fiendishly subtle, but fair. Finding the binoculars, however, was "simple" but unfair since the player had to do something that doesn't fit with the rest of the gameplay (I think Mateusz Skutnik sometimes did it in his games, too; I consider it a design flaw). I'm tempted to go for the secrets, but knowing Submachine I expect it to be one big pixel hunt. One bug I noticed: You can use the cog before properly revealing the place where it's used.

This game is so much like Submachine - in terms of art, puzzles, gameplay, interface, theme (parallel worlds, a lost advanced civilization), plot concept (looking for someone absent and finding notes from them in places you explore), even things like background music, animation and sound effects - that I find it difficult to believe that it wasn't made by the same person. This looks exactly like it's part of the series. The creator should probably mention Mateusz Skutnik somewhere, since this game looks like an homage to the Submachine series. Not that there should be any copyright issues or anything, it just feels like the right thing to do.

Note on my last comment, and for all those who have trouble taking the cube because the levers won't stay down like in the walkthrough: It's actually a puzzle. It's very subtle. You can actually get it by chance if you keep refreshing the page, but that's not the intended way to solve it. Hint: Pay more attention to the screen in the middle.

WAY too much running around with no clues as to what I'm supposed to find, and that cube thing was absolutely DREADFUL. The orientation of the scale model should at least match the rooms, and the colors need to be more contrasting, if you even keep that mess at all....

well, im stuck on getting the cube. the left lever refuses to stay down, and theres nothing more i have been able to find to do. (i even checked a walkthrough, and restarted following the walkthrough.....)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Why won't the levers on either side of the floating cube stay down so I can take it? In the walkthrough he just flips them and they stay like that, but when I try it they snap back up. If this is a bug, it's a very strange bug. Otherwise, can someone give me a hint?

I'm not even color blind but the cube part is a little hard to differentiate between colors. Especially the yellow green and orange.... and the purple and "dark blue"

Binocular stand does not look like a binoculars stand. Binoculars are hidden in a place that is very easy to overlook. Clue the binoculars give should have been removed entirely or at least allowed to be solved without the clue (brute force). Transitions are delayed slightly, making long distance travel slow when it should not be (also, the images have gaps which looks ugly). The lightbulbs don't have an obvious use (even finding it in the video and what the clue it shows is, all it does is make me go "for fuk's sake, that code panel can't even be USED until I know the code?" because it can't, I tried).

Just a warning- there's at least one spot that requires dragging, rather than clicking. Not a good design there, kind of a mean twist.

Ok took me 3 minutes of clicking to get the stick from the dragon. Targeting needs to be a bit more forgiving, colorblindness issue that was pointed out earlier, 3/5

It was inevitable. If imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, Mateusz Skutnik hopefully approves since he's wrapping up his opus soon. The SM series is an original concept carefully developed over a decade... this is a heavily influenced but weak copy, complete with pseudo-mysticism, ambient noises and music that sound like ThumpMonks less creative sibling created on the Mac after a long lunch and a couple of spliffs. I'll give points for the Rubik's cube puzzle, that took a bit to figure out (mainly because of when and how to return to the start cube). But honestly? 3/5 overall.
Just a reminder about grammar and spelling errors: for much of the developing world English isn't even the second primary language. Conjugated any Slavic or Germanic verbs lately?

Not knowing what I'm doing in this color cube seems pretty unforgiving. I haven't found a wait back out of the puzzle.

Interesting game, a few of the puzzles were difficult. Namely the colored cube matching. The 4 secrets can be sneaky. Since there are walkthroughs both in game and found by just a little searching the web I won't post the spoilers. A hint for those stuck about mid game though. I had trouble with the last 2 light bulbs. first 2 were easy. The last 2 involve solving other puzzles one is the colored cube puzzle and the other is in the area with the tall plant.

I CANNOT STAND A GAME WITH HORRIBLE GRAMMAR!!!!! UGH!!! It's so bad. If this game was made by someone who has a different native tongue, then PLEASE just stick to your native language. Hire an English speaker to translate for you, and make interesting subtitles. But PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't submit a game that has horrible grammar. It's one of the worst crimes you could ever commit. I hate it so much...

Am I the only one so far to find all 4 secrets and send a message with a possibly "unique" code for having uncovered such secrets?

Grammar errors and spelling are so horrible that it is taking away from the gaming experience. Please, Please, will you PLEASE fix this.
