This is my favorite game on Kongregate and I am considering buying the premium version on Steam and I look forward to EBF5

have 1 real game design based complaint: the drop rates on items really ought to be much higher (or at least as good as it says in the beastiary), if you stop to get drops for a pre-boss equipment upgrade or quest you end up horribly overleveled and the game gets to easy to require thought (or even healing/buff spells) on epic until you get near the end of the game.

Fun fact: The difficulty modifiers applies once again when the enemies hit level 33. That means they will deal 4x damage instead of 2x at epic when this happens. (But applied to easy it will nerf the enemies even further. 1/4 instead of 1/2.) So check what level Godcat is and cry.

I don't know if I'm just mistaken but, I could have sworn I got the Beserk spell and some sort of rain spell that wets all targets, but when I look through all the characters abilities none of them can learn it. does anyone know what might have happened?

all these years and counterattack STILL causes opponents to get an extra turn, problems even gotten worse since poison/burn/etc now do it to.

@happycamper23 you don't flip the switches in that order, those are the switches that need to be on. all the other ones need to be off. i tried the same thing you did my first time and wondered why so don't feel bad.

I don't understand! When I get to the part where you have to do the switches for the door in order to fight the Glitch, I do the switches correctly but the door won't open for me.

Let's be honest here.
Some Kong devs are heroes among the Browser game community. But Matt...you sir, are a Legend. You (along with a few others; Pseudolonewolf comes to mind, and so do several more) have made a true masterpiece in the RPG genre. I tip my hat to you and give you my utmost congratulations. You have more than paid your bill for life, and from the looks of it you plan to do even more. Here's to another good game and another 9 long years of brilliant, amazing and hilarious games.

Honestly, playing this game is loads of fun, but I did notice something that I think makes things a bit un-fun sometimes. When the last of a wave of enemies dies from something like poison, a burn, counter-attacks, or something, the next wave comes in and gets a free wash of attacks. It's a little frustrating, if I'm being honest. But aside from that issue, this game is great, and I'm loving (almost)every single bit!
