Having everything in a "clickable" user-interface would be nice. I hate having to press Z for walk and 'Space' to go forward. All these keyboard shortcuts are unnecessary.

Those complaining about how random it is, obviously don't understand it. The randomness of the AI and hit detection, is a metaphor for an actual tactical-combat situation. The people that do this kinda thing, have to stop, think, and decide what to do. Got it? Good. Now stop complaining.

there should be a longer story line, more guns, more outfits, a really big map with tons of enemy soldiers, higher ranks, and vehicles. but its still great

Lautan should've used the existing Modern Tactics 2/3 system and improved on it. You should be able to deselect units, pick up and shoot on the same turn, see your soldier's start-out equipment when you hover over him, have a red tile that allows for further movement but restricts shooting, and to aim.

good game but need more one more keys like reload and weapon upgrades like putting laser pointers,acog scope,and etc it a very good game dude

A big problem with level 5 is that it requires that minimum one of your soldiers have a high enough level to have learned the run feature. It's annoying to have to replay old missions multiple times to let your soldiers gain XP. Either move the mission further back in the play list or give the player a special bomb defuser unit that are able to run.
Punishing good players that are able to get to level 5 before any of your soldiers have a high enough level to do the mission is just poor game design.

i cant get past level 5 i always run out of time because you need to bumrush to get their fast enough and the enemy will just gun all your guys down

Could be a good game, but needs a lot more work. First, sort out the controls. It's almost impossible to get any fluidity in the gameplay because of them. Second, it's too random, add some tactics. Taking cover, aiming, ability to 'cover' and shoot as soon as someone comes within range et.c.

oh and whats with this i randomly lose sometimes even on the ones where im supposed to kill all enemies and i have guys alive i all the sudden just lose...wth
