When I played this game on Newgrounds, i worked everyday and got to the end where my daughter and I survived. Now, however, I died even if I took the same options as last time. And the bug where my daughter was on my back yet on the floor could've played into it.

That is a compelling game not only did it make me thing about every choice I made, I replayed it three times, not only is a good game its very deep and would give most an incite to who they are.

This is just like "Every day the same dream", except that it doesn't feel as complete as a game. The controls are buggy, the choices are very limited and too obvious, and the sense of urgency from time running out was not palpable in any way (thanks to having only one music playing continuously most of the time). The "one chance" concept, while interesting, is very weakly delivered and only serves to hide flaws that would be more apparent through multiple playthroughs. 2/5

What the hell? This is like that one other game which you can play only once. I understand the idea behind all of this, but this is a game, not real life. People want to explore all options in a game.

bugs in game wont let me finish, right now, no one is dead, and my work thinks they can find a cure, and i am stuck on day 4. i think i am more depressed now than the first time I played this.

The end is depressing, all ending up in a terrible failure. But that's life. I enjoyed living the last few days of my character's life to its greatest. The end was sad. But I'm sick of seeing those pitiful never-happen-in-real-life good endings. This game is great.

Happy endings are over-rated. The bugs are unfortunate but can be worked out in time. Any medium that engages you and makes you feel anything, good or bad, is something of a success in my book. Nice work!

People are wondering why they can not replay this game. This is because the point of this game is that you only get ONE CHANCE just like in real life. That is why this game is called One Chance.

yea i go to work thinking i could save everyone and hit hits last day so i go to work and well do my job with my daughter there and then i walk in lab and hes sitting on floor then he closes his eyes and everytime i got to play agean now i seee him still sitting there dead

i found some bugs and errors:1:if u go and f*ck with the girl on work,your wife says she's taking your daughter with her to her mother's house,but when you finish the day,the psycho killer kills her and your daughter at your house:2:even if your daughter is dead,she's at your back the fifth day,WTF?

to explore the other options (at least one of which is bugged? Am I supposed to walk from the park onto a giant piece of tablecloth with no exit? Is that the happy ending, where we enter the tablecloth-zone from the park and live happily ever after?) one must dump the specific file onechance.sol; it should be in \Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\\chat.kongregate.com\gamez\0009\7890\live\One_Chance_kong.swf\
If the numbers are not correct try searching for the file in chat.kongregate.com

If you take these options... work work roof home work then it freezes when you go home. I get the feeling it would lead to an alternate ending but it just traps you in the house.

I actually liked this I just had a few issues with it. First of you cant make any real decisions until day three, kind of ,makes the game seem drug out. Second is glitches as mention above (which includes the fact that you cant simply replay). Third I would like an option that leaves his family alive, possibly a way to find a cure or something.

Also, whenever Boss is talking on the roof to John, he says, "Go home an be with your family," when he should say, "Go home and be with your family," Fix this too, please. :)

Just to tell you, on the newspaper called, "The End Is Nigh" it says the following:
"end of days".
The period is supposed to come BEFORE the end of quotations, NOT after. Fix please. :)
