ok... why are there babies of every enemy... and adults of every enemy... yet the baby wont grow up to be the adult? that makes no sense...

great game XD
few suggestions though
1) as Wertilq said, the crafting system is rather annoying, especially if you don't rely on the crafting guides
2) i personally find this very irritating: if you decide to be a mage,
you tend to suffer weight problems,
you sell your items such as previously crafted items ,
but later you find out you need those items you sold to make the new weapon to complete the quest >_<
1 suggestion is that a storage space (in astraea's bastion or something) is created so that you can keep your items while not surpassing your weight cap. (to deal with the weight issue)
you could also create more of each crafting resource or make them buyable (e.g., gaea seed) ; even if you aren't having a weight issue, if you sell things like the gaea seed i don't think you can buy or find another one
3) movements are slightly awkward for me
4) other people mentioned it but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE allow the players to be able to use more than 1 active pet

I was really getting into this game and enjoying it, but the crafting freeze bug has hit me one too many times. I REALLY hope that gets fixed so I can explore the entire game.

While the crafting needs so control over why do i have a recipe, you can not make mulitiple of the same item from the discovered recipe without manually loading each one with ingredients. Also if there was a sort each recipe into its certain group of content would help find it easier.

Crafting quests are seriously the bane of me right now. It's already a huge pain getting items for upgrades, but it's seriously disheartening to craft something, only to realize there was a quest to make it later on, and now you have to remake it. Even worse is that many items come from a chain of other items, meaning you either have to hold on to everything, or recollect materials each time. Definitely needs a bank of some sort.

If only theres a bank... a place where you can put stuff that is heavy and valuable especially at the start of the game... anyways, great game! 10/5 x 100 = 200% likes :D

Loved the game like the first one. Wish there was a way to sort your items ect. Spells should come out of your sword if its like Scholar. 4/5

some of you have a problem starting the game a 2nd time im not exactly sure why but an easy fix is to open your control panel go into network and internet connections then go into internet options and then delete your browsing history then refresh this page and the game will load + this to help others out

The quest system needs to recognize if I have already crafted an item. All it needs to do is see that it's in my recipe book.

battle system lets u maul about 3 thing at once. as long as there standing near each other, without any of them even touching u.
Needs a better crafting system than :random number of a random item + random number of a random item.
creature evolution would make this game just plain epic

Quick leveling tip. High spell damage + max poison skill. Find a populated room that your poison can kill everything in 1 go. After it all dies, collect whatever u want. Leave and refresh browser. Then load your auto-save game and cast the poison spell again. The spell reset. Quick xp

SO far I enjoy the idea of crafting items, but I agree that there is too much guesswork. Sometimes you need the right amounts, and it wouldn't be so bad if the whole placing+adding+trial+ error weren't so lengthy. I'd be more into experimenting if you could streamline the process and make it less tedious and time consuming. Additionally, perhaps there could be clues and hints as to when we are on the right track but haven't tried the right amount or are missing a step. I think people really like the idea of trying to Discover new combinations, but right not it's like throwing darts blindfolded. ALSO it would be really nice if I can combine, for example, 2 jars and 6 herbs simultaneously if I wanted 2 potions. Perhaps it can be a tiered skill-related thing, wherein experience enables you to gain more insight into combining items. Anyways, enough about items. I am enjoying your game quite thoroughly :)

The starting pet is always unique. The rest are just monsters. In the first game, we were given a green, one-eyed, winged beast-thing. Now we have a pink fox with blue marks on its back.

The first time I loaded the game without problem and played about an hour. Came back later and the game would not load again.. tried many times. Please, any sugestion how to fix the problem ? because I like the game. Thanks

Pet pathing AI has gone down the crapper in this sequel compared to the previous game. In the previous, the pet would go around obstacles to fight your target or whatever, but this one just mashes its head against the river or tree or what-have-you until you call it back... which also won't always work if the return back is blocked too.

hmm whole game i wondered when the slots on the bottom would be used and also why is there mana but no spells... at level 18 i found the skill page. -_-

I've played this a number of times now, and it hasn't froze yet. Have those of you who are having problems with the freezing / loading tried a different browser yet? (I'm using FireFox 4)
I have to say, I didn't enjoy Castaway 1 all to much, it just wasn't very playable for me, Castaway 2 however, is a major improvement.
