Its just me or the level showed for each quest is completelly wrong? A quest is appointed as "Level 15"? Better to go as level 20, and using level 20 equipment.

This game seems to have some issues with certain tiles becoming impossible to pass through for no real reason. I just got stuck next to the sand generator and lost about a half hour of progress. ...I kind of feel like this is a problem.

Small inventory is annoying. Pets start at too low a level. They do almost no damage until they level up. The most annoying thing is the drop rate. Should definitely be boosted. And the elemental shards should be limited to one or two types per zone. I beat the game without getting enough ice shards for the sword.

I would like to say that, while I don't use sneak very often, I feel like it should affect your pet when cast, so that running away/dodging enemies is actually effective. Pet still draws enemies despite the character being 'invisible'

I think that we should just be able to click where we want to go because it becomes tedious later on to keep using the WASD keys to move

i agree with the others on the high rated list. there is just not enough inventory. the eqiupment is like he hides it in his bag UNTIL the battle starts.

taking a lot of time to finish this game. It's pretty good although need some balancing. Autosave will be good. And don't let your pet died and gone. If it's dead, then just let it be healed at the town. I finish the game without pet coz too bored taking care of the pet. Anyway.. i'll be waiting for castaway 2 :D

This game was way to slow for me. Spent 20min farming for a quest and died, had to do it all over again? No auto saves or good save spots No Thank You...

i wish there was another way to get money other than killing monsters. i agree with the other issues about the inventory slots and the autosave, too. otherwise, i'm addicted. <3

2/5. This game is full of bugs and unbalanced stats / values. How much it the chance to hit a mob? 30%? Usually the fights take so long because I miss 70% of my attacks...

honestly why did kongregate put badges on a game with so many flaws. Granted the game has good graphics and a few other things but the physics or some scripting is messed up. 1 min I'm pounded a beetle no trouble, then the next whoops my *** no questions asked. So I'd advise putting Castaway 2 on hold until you fix your first Mistake.

@ Zarraha: The more difficult it is in the wild to kill, the better it is as a pet. Sand beetles are better or the same (not sure) as your original pet, Sand Snakes are better than both, scorpions are better than them etc. The best are the Ogres, but it'll be a while before you can get to them.

what pet is the best? like, best stats per level, so I know when to switch off from my original.

ATTENTION people looking toward hard badge: If you really want it this isn't even hard but it takes forever. Ive played the game for more than 20 hours by now and its not worth it. To give yo a hint im level 31 and i need 24035 exp to rank up again. And level 31 doesnt works against my current enemies I need at least 37. I only won the hard badge cuz I did my way to the last generator spennding 13k on healing so then I telerported back once I reached with the feather.

The pet needs more love, Without equipment, has very low stats compared to me(i receive 10 damage and my pet receives 30). And once you use your pet for a while, you'll only change it if it dies. Also your initial pet is unique, because there's only one in existence( does that mean that is a near-extint species?)

Basically i agree with most of the high rated comments. One of my biggest complaints so far is the fact it took me an hour to get 20 beetle shells. Not sure if i want to put the time in for the hard badge.

Health regeneration is so slooooooooooooow. Which becomes more of an issue at higher levels when you don't have the inventory space to carry healing items since you have so little space. There are so many small annoying problems with this game that I dislike it, damned badges!
