Best way to level up and get money in late game using the multiple hit trick [where if theres two or more creatures attacking you, you click on one then the other and keep doing that so you dont have to 'reload']...If you have enough defense to take minimum damage from the red scorpions, go to the jungle about 4 places in, where when you enter theres 3/4 scorpions waiting for you, if you want you can keep your pet behind and just move in so that at least two of them come in, then do the trick, pick up drops walk out of the location and repeat...That made this game so much easier as the ice place annoyed me :)

Ok this is a good game, but it could be a great game. There are many flaws in this. Inventory space is a pain. Pets take forever to hatch. Its more efficient to get a sand beetle egg. Magic shouldn't need shards. Shards should be a quest item only. I would say that it should have a longer reload though. Not being able to walk through items is a problem. I have lost a good number of pets that way. It would help to have a more efficient way to heal your pet. It takes to long to heal them with the methods now or its to expensive. Now there are things that you don't really need to change. 1. Auto-save. If you forget to save its your own fault. Pet stats would be nice, but not needed. Pets are meant to be aids not another version of the main character. That would be to easy of a game. I just let poison wear off. Not being able to see your opponent because of a tree is rough, but its not impossible.

I figured out the freeze bug: If ye get freezed by one baddie, stand in the same spot, 'cause if ye get frozen twice in the same spot, ye can still attack the second baddie. In general, I think it's cowardly to use bugs in a game, but this game's got so many that I don't care. Grindfest!

This is a game I WANT to like, but just can't. A tragedy of a well made game engine that simply lacks in gameplay. My problems: 1 - forst and foremost, this is a grindfest. I lost interest quickly. 2 - pets. or should I say 'trained shields'. Pretty much useless and far too fragile. Maybe should have regenerated health OR been able to buy healing items for them. 3. Enemies. Beetle. Red beetle. I quit after seeing scoripion again. 4 - quests. Fetch only. Boring!. 5. Equips. There should be an equip screen, so that your shield and armor don't take up inventory space. 6. Poision. Boring to me, lethal to my pets. 7. Story. Maybe I just didn't play far enough, but there was none. 8. Character Development = auto levelup. Enought said.

kind of a half-assed game if you ask me. Its been 10 minutes and ive experienced most if not all of the flaws listed in the best comments section. Im not saying I could do better, but you could at least try.

There is a big problem about this game........some quests say if you complete it you would get 100 exp......when you finish it you wouldnt get any exp after finishing the quest.... + if this happened to you and to let it fix it.

... does anyone else get that awuked feeling when you and your enemy are on 1 hit point and the enemy attacks fastest... it happened to me ...so i threw a fireball at him :D + plus if this happened to you( not the fireball bit though)

hmm wouldn't you get 1 shell of a sand bettla from every sand bettle... any way you can easily add that with a pile up item thing where a monster drops more then one thing... and a scavange stat so the higher the easier it is to get items

Why doesn't your pet-critter auto-heal for idling? That's just silly. Also, I can't echo enough on how poor some of these design choices were. This game has great potential and I hope you reach it in the sequel.

reading all those comments on the save point issue, the best solution would be either a auto-save which saves whenever you go to castaway or a save point to save your game every where... considering that I played the same version on other sites some times ago, I don`t think there will be a fixing soon (I hope I`m wrong :D). But anyway, it`s a great game...

Spending the night in the inn does not regenerate my pet...
Those pets are already really weak versus the average foe, not speaking about the ridiculous amount of HP regenerated by items (seriously, 20 or 60 HP when enemies are dealing damages by the hundred). If you top that with the fact that when you sleep they do not regenerate, I wonder what's the point in collecting eggs (when you don't have room in your inventory), then go back to the village to wait several hours to get an even shittier pet that you have to train and take care of instead of going berserk?

Tip: Fighting two enemies at once is better than fighting one. You can switch who you are attacking between them. When you switch who you are attacking you will attack that enemy right away. So by doing this you will be killing two monsters at the same speed as killing one. But, I would not suggest doing this until you are a little higher lvl than the monsters and also not against ice creatures. Hope it helps.

I feel really lame, but I keep getting stuck at the beginning section. Can anyone offer a hint? I just made it to the village where I rested and saved and accepted my first quest, but now I can't figure out where I'm supposed to click or what button to push to get out of the town so I can try to go back to the beach (for the quest). How do I exit the village? Thanks!

really sucks when you go out and grind for items for a quest, finally get them and then realise you're outta food, have to run through a whole lotta snakes and end up dying of poison....then restarting back from your save spot with all your hard work undone
