i used cheat engine and got up to lv 100 with 1,000,000 money on the account and now its 5.16564169800048711......B and i dont know how to get back in the game :[ but if u want to try a high lv just use cheat engine.

So, I did some experimenting, and found that you can have a player, item, and enemy on the some square at the same time. You just have to stand on the square the enemy's standing on. Unfortunately, the item the enemy dropped deleted the already existing item and the name tag won't go away.

If you feel like you are getting low on health, but are far in the level there is a quick trick you can do to give your player time to get their hp back up. Place yourself in a corner with your pet blocked behind you. Then kill 2 enemies in front of you, but don't pick up there stuff. This will keep more enemies from attacking since they can't cross the item wall. Then when you are ready just pick up the items and you can keep going.

it's a good game, but still need some bonus status for pets,i like when the snakes and scorpions got the chance to poison,but how abaut the giant beetle?they got a strong shell,why they don't have bonus defense?pet's health should be regenerated too.An armor for pets maybe help to keep the pet alive(just an add cos maybe look cool)

By the time it's hatched you've already gone to another generator, and the time to level it up to speed is simply asinine. Oh, and quest exp is NOT shared - you will outlevel your pet by a significant margin. Then your abilities, such as backstab, are a joke - your pet might be able to take 5-6 hits before eating dirt. Sounds like enough, but with the mob density and the respawn, that's three rounds from two baddies, and you're supposed to get behind them in time to kill them before they eat your pet? It can be fixed, with a a lovin dose of tuning - but don't implement an idea if you actually intend for it to be this flimsy.

I can deal with the lack of an autosave, I remember when games didn't even have a quicksave button - never stopped the game from being good. I can deal with the nightmarish inventory management, it IS meant to be managed after all, though it's a stretch. What I can't deal with is the state of the pets, their scaling and the fluidity of their implementation. I regularly have to use feathers to save my poor Mr. Moogles from near death, two maps into an area! I have to wait until I absolutely overpower the current objective to get him in and out safely. Because they don't have equipment, they have to make up for it with a higher stat point. I've been leveling with Moogles the space wombat without pause, since the poison of other creatures is the toxicity of a papercut and thus far, the only reason to get another would be for looks. No higher base health, stats, anything for waiting the 20+ minutes to get something out of the incubator, only to have to level it again?...Cont...

lots of ppl say this but its so annoying that spelll shards take up room they should have a slot of there own same with berrys and stuff like for quests whatever you need it shouldn't take up room in you inventory because you get stuff you may need for your pet or you and when you inventory is full and theres a item on the ground it blocks you from helping you pet if its getting attacked because i lost obout 26 or more pets tht way!it gets annoying if you need the room for items but you cant sell or get ride od them becase you need them tht happens to me all the time (they need a storage in the iland like really)!

Without auto-save, this is annoying. I have crashed randomly for the third time now! Play for about 20-40 minutes, then browser just closes. I try to get in the habit of visiting town and manually saving, but some of those quests require a LOT of grinding to get the objects you need, so you tend to forget to return to town and save. As a result you end up regrinding experience and/or quest items unnecessarily.

if you want to check the stats of the beetle shield or any other quest reward equipment go to a level and then check your stats with the currently equipted armor/weapon and then equip the item check if yo stat i attack/strength goes up or down or stays the same

Magic attacks have horrible cooldown, use up resources, and yet have the same chance of missing like your physical attacks. How nice.

a few suggestions 1. There should be a bank to store items in 2. pets should have an inventory of there own 3. if both of those changes are made the pets when they die the items go to the bank 4. the items should sell for more 5. you level up a little too slow you should level up faster that is all i hope there is an update to really make these changes

in the ice map,i just missed 5 hits a row against a Viper. and im 2 levels above it.
i think it need to be fixed cause it happens a lot.

You would think that the number of times i have been poisoned, I'd be freaking immune to it by now. Then again, snakes and scorpions aren't immune to their own venom...so who knows.

after walking into a zone to hard for me without realising i lost 17 lv ups becouse my last save was lv 1 auto save would be nice

castaway 2 will be out at least at the end of march!

i agree with person2348, the pets are too weak and gets killed quickly, thats why instead of hatching them, i sell them for gold. >.<

this game should have a SIT or REST button, i played the game from lvl 1 to lvl 14 without potions and herbs cos im saving the damn gold coins for better weapon, armor and accessory. the damn drop rate of gold and quest items are way too low and at the same time the regenration rate of the character is low as well. please click '+' if you agree.

Incase you haven't noticed, the creator of this game hasn't made any updates at all. He/she/they are not responding to the comments because they either don't care or don't know what to do. If they truly cared about this game would they not check the comments? If they cared about this game they would respond to comments or update it, these comments are helping at all. The creator obviously doesn't care so give it up.

Good game. Nice graphics. But a little repetitive. the health potion regen too little, you need to use they 4 times to full fill the HP on hard areas.

yeah! i finished castaway! level 27 with the best armour and shield and the giant cleaver with boots and level 21 pet ice scorpion :P

More Inventory does sound like it would be a good upgrade you can buy. It seems you are going to run out fast. Other than that great game, I'll work on getting the hard badge.

A suggestion. If you use a pet, you should be able to unequip it without needing to use a different pet or letting it die...

Needs the ability to get a larger inventory (maybe 2 more bags to purchase @ level 12 when you get access the accessory) and the ability to resurrect a pet if it dies. Really bad AI shouldn't make you have to reset the game to keep a high level pet. Also why can't me or my pet I walk over a corpse or some change on the ground?

I'd like to offer a second opinion regarding the inventory issue that plague the top 5 comments.
I feel that the creator did this on purpose to stress how unprepared the hero was in this game, as most standard rpgs the hero is usually at least prepared to travel. This game the hero is washed ashore with just his clothes.
