Excellent game! Good idea and execution. It gets progressively more difficult, which was nice.
Suggestions for improvement:
1. Way to replenish health would be nice
2. Sometimes the "ship" gets stuck, and you have to click the screen to make it move again - causes losing life at some critical points.
And why are you controlling a virus, and not eg. leucocyte :)

liked it... simple and stylish... would be good to have 'boss' health bars, also upgrades go pretty quickly..
