the sound on this game is really loud.. i wish there were volume controls (or Mute). Also, the badges aren't updating for me, but there doesn't seem to be a way for me to prove (via screenshot) that i should have them. There's no achievement menu or kill/train count.

Love how the enemy can gain money and experiance when they send their units to their demise by the hands of my turrets.

Louissi is the creator of this game and age of war 2. Since he cant make a sequel to age of war because max games bought rights he created armor mayhem its a platform shooter but is awesome! Search for it or him maybe leave a comment asking for a more similar game wink wink ;)

Don't want to sound harsh but this game on any difficulty other than normal is just stupid. e.g on harder it takes two duelists of mine to kill one enemy duelist. One duelist with three muskets behind it takes like four times that many of my own to beat.

To win on impossible, rely on your turrets as much as possible, and don't age up until you have enough money for better turrets. Only build units to engage the enemy to stop them from getting to your base; if you manage to push the enemy back out of turret range, stop training. Aging up just makes your units cost more while still being pathetic against the enemy units, and sometimes makes your special weaker too. Aging up isn't a really powerful move until you have the max number of turret slots and enough money and experience to go to the industrial age and get max turrets there.

Didn't this game come out like over 2 years ago? And hasn't Age of War 2 been out for several months? Kongregate is awesome and all, but it seems like they're hyping old news.

by bying turrets early you can esencialy reduce your opponents income to zero, your base may take damage, but they will run out of troops and you will win

Once you get 2 double turrets you can just sit back and relax. With three double turrets, you can go take a nap. You will wake up with a large amount of gold and little, if not zero, damage to your base.

hahaha not upgrading is so much fun!! 600+ dino rider cramped in one spot v war machine, winner is the 600 dino riders who 1 hit K.O the warmachine LOL

I think the computer has unlimited money. I spent 5 minutes with just 4 ion rays and they never ran out of troops. There was no way they could make money cause i had no soldiers. So not fair.

Am I the only person that forgot about all the other features of this game? I was just sending million of Cavemen at everyone until I found out DERP there is an evolve button.

To those who might want an Age of War 3, bad news. If you guys didn’t read his blog, he stated that Max Games pretty much undermined the “Age of war” game rights out from under him. he can’t make any more “Age of War” games. He said himself, “I still don’t know what I will do. I might release a sequel, just to piss them off and end up in court.” “I could also release a very similar game, called Army of Ages. That would be fun.” But overall, “Age of War” is, unfortunately, dead. perhaps the creator might make Army of Ages. Who knows? Keep this post alive! People need to know!

How to win:
1. Get to the final age without buying any turrets (make sure to take advantage of the specials)
2. When you get to the final age, buy all 4 turret spots
3. Buy the war machines whenever needed until you get 100k, then buy the ionray
4. Do this until you have 4 ionrays
5. Once you have 4 ionrays, you're invincible. Just let them rack up points, then when you can, get atleast 3 supersoldiers at once and they should win you the game
6. Repeat step 5 if needed until you win

WTF WTH. I called in Air Strike, and what does it do? NOTHING! First evolve special MUCH better. I was stuck with 1406. 84 away from being able to call in ONE unit that could save my life.
