Winning impossible is all about cost effectiveness and overkill. Turrets have infinite rates of return because they don't deteriorate at all. Many of the inexpensive units do far better in terms of cost effectiveness because they do some amount of damage and are overkilled by a gargantuan amount. Because there's no benefit of gaining ground if you don't actually destroy the enemy tower, you can indefinitely use your turrets to stave off the enemy until you can overrun them with your own siege. Also, you can pause and unpause to stop enemies (and allies) from completing their attacks, while turrets and quicker enemies have already completed theirs. You don't need this to win as meat shields are virtually free, but it can be helpful to end the game with your fast-attacking super soldiers. 5/5, still enjoyed it 12 years after release!

My childhood... and even now, the graphics and gameplay are just fine and can be seen as "up to date". Musik is also just great, although that might be nostalgia. and, oddly enough, I feel like the double turrets are the best defensive weapon for the endgame. I can just leave for half an hour with them and the AI can't even reach me, even with flying tanks!

Was winning the ages with just cavemen (dino, sling, repeat) before I realized I had to manually upgrade (grr). Then spammed musketeer gunners and won.

I lost with 1 unit left to train for the easy badge. Age 4 suddenly made prices so high that I could only train a single guy and when he was killed I didn't have enough money for another guy. *Start new game. Train one guy. Exit game.*

I have learned that, in the final era, if you put 2 hovertanks and then put a supersoldier behind them, then you should be able to getthe supersoldier to the enemy base without it falling to their turrets/soldiers.

Went over a cool million in earnings of cave people against the space forces before I found out how to upgrade my tribe xD
Once I did, victory came in 7.03 seconds.

Here's an infalliable strat for Impossible:
On start, wait for enemies to get close and ult the screen. Immediately buy auto eggs. Spawn the club guys to prevent enemy from damaging base, only spawn units when enemies are in range of eggs. Upgrade tower and get more eggs once you can afford it (with some surplus to keep the clubs coming). Literally keep doing this and nothing else (don't even evolve, don't even need to ult).
When the enemy starts spawning the Age 3 ranged unit (muskets, I believe), start spawning slingshot men instead. If your numbers start getting cut down, spawn 1:1 club and slingshot for the better spawn rate. Literally keep doing this until you have $400k.
Once you have $400k, instantly evolve all the way to space age and replace your eggs with Ion cannons. Ez farm enemy until you can buy 3 supersoldiers (450k) and wipe them.

lmao i just farmed cash at the end and built up abt 300k and rushed them with 2 war machines and two super soldiers followed by a massive fukin parade of even more war machines. Does this work in harder difficulties or does it require more skill and strategy?
