I read your response about 'Loading complete' before writing my complaint about it. Perhaps you could add 'click to continue' so I'm not sitting there waiting for several seconds for it to continue on its own?

I finally hit the 'Walkthrough' button. It takes me to a Facebook page with the message, "Insufficient Permission. You do not have the necessary permission for the specified Page to perform the requested action." Perhaps this was not what you intended?

I can't say that I like having to click once it says 'Loading complete.' I've been too trained by Windows counting up to 100% on something and then it still pauses for a while before continuing. I keep just seeing the 'Loading complete' and just looking at it, waiting, expecting it to move on on it's own. I must have done that 12 times already, and I'm not done with the game, yet. Why not just move on automatically?
Another user suggested to add a "please click to continue" line, and that makes sense. My bad, I'll remember to do that in my future games. And I'll try to find a way to make the game load less times... Unfortunately, with html5, user response is required to have the music playing. It's a bit silly, but that's how it is, so I need you to click on the screen right after the game loads or there would be no music :-/
Considering this is the first time I'm making a game with html5, moreover, there's still much I've got to learn. Hopefully I'll get better at it. Thank you for the heads up and for your suggestions!

SPOILER. I am not sure but think I left Phooey office using the map. Now I cannot speak to Telly Savalas no matter how

Bug Report: If you use the map to transport out of Phooey's office without going outside to watch the cutscene, you cannot talk to Phooey.

Been a fan of this series since it came out, the concept is really fun and I love the clue mechanic. Always makes my day when I see that there is a new ZS game up.
Only criticism I have with this one is the loading screen. When I see the zombie silhouette walking, I keep thinking that means the game is still loading. The transition between locations were much smoother in the previous games.
Still 5/5 and favourited, looking forward to the next one!
Thank you a lot, glad you had fun. And yeah, html5 means it needs more time to load each scene, the flash plugin was much quicker.. But flash will be completely abandoned in a few months, so there's no other way

Having to click the "loading complete" screen EVERY SINGLE TIME I MOVE LOCATIONS is annoying AF and made me stop playing.
Unfortunately, html5 requires users interaction to make the sound start. It's a bit silly, I know, but that's how it is. I need you to click somewhere otherwise the music won't start :/

"it felt like eight months"...reminds me of an online comic where someone said "that day felt like it lasted 2 years"...on the comic's second anniversary!

Thanks for all the great Zombie Detective games and good luck in any future endeavours! I was kinda surprised it was that long since the last game, time sure does fly...

Hey Lu Muja! Thanks for new episode! Sad to hear about your illness and surgery, I hope you ok now. Also really happy to hear that Player 2 joined to your life! I wish you both best and good luck in Life Ep2: Marriage!

Congratulations on the engagement, and all the best in future. I've enjoyed your games so far, and look forward to seeing where you go next.

Brilliant game just like the older ones. I like that we get to travel to so many locations. Getting into Phooeys office was really tricky though. I tried with the gun first, but it didn't work. Nice to see so many of the old characters too. Like the bookstore and head hunters.

Unfortunately I missed the first 3 games back when they were playable, but I really recommend you all to watch caramida9's playthrough videos on Youtube (look for "Zombie Society - Death After Death" 1/3, 2/3, 3/3), they can give you a hint about the background story - I still hope to be able to play them myself one day...
Oh, you mean the comics? Yeah, they explained quite a lot about the zombie society setting. Unfortunately, 'cause of a contract I've signed, those games will not be playable in the near future

I feel sad that series has ended. But I glad when developers know when to quit instead of dragging a dead corpse along them...
Welp, I will be waiting for the future announcements from you then, good luck

Hey there Lu Muja, Most of the time I don't give any comments. But I have always liked this serie. I was wondering when the new episode comes out. Glad to know that you're ok. Also, congratulations to you and your fiancé! :)

Yeah, after the game reloaded, the screen now blacks out when I try to enter a location. Will probably restart, wasn't too far in. hopefully that'll fix the crash

My game crashed when I tried to travel from the hotel to the mayor's office via the map. Had just visited each location (i'd unlocked at that point) once. Mayor's Office > Police Station > Phooey's Office > Hotel then the game crashed when I tried to go to Mayor's Office again. Refreshed the page and was able to load game, but loaded in my office and was no longer able to travel to hotel, also the game is 44% complete? Unsure if anything else has changed though.
I'm sorry for the inconvenient, it never happened to me while I was testing the game. I hope it's a one-time kind of bug. Rerember though, you need to always stay online while you play the game

I enjoyed the game, but the new HTML5 interface seems really slow on my laptop compared to the previous interface (Macbook Pro 2017, Chrome, if that helps).
The game could glitch a bit on mobile, but it shoud be working fine on any laptop, that's weird. Is it like some sort of glitch, or is the loading slow?

this still raises a load of questions about the "mayors" . Like what would they tell if the real mayor regained his memories? and what do the disguised mayor plan to do with a brain farm? Create a brain uprising? also was kinda surprised the mayor and Phooey didnt work together because its really them brains against the zombies in the end
Since the series has come to an end, I can tell you: the "mayors" are simply corrupted living humans who have enslaved the world population by turning all people into zombies. And corruption leads to more corruption: Phooey got so greedy she thought she could betray one of her own kind.

This was a very nice game like always. Good to hear you're all healthy again and congratz with the engagement. I'm kinda wondering now if your marriage will be zombie-theme, cuz I've seen it once and it looked fun. Just one game-related question: I guessed the right culprits, but in the ending movie they say that the *spoiler* "blackmailed one" *spoiler* confessed everything but I never saw this. How did this happen? What am I missing?
Another player asked the same question but don't worry, you didn't miss anything, that conversation simply happened off-screen.
That said, thank you a lot for your nice comment and LOL about the wedding part... No, it'll be a very every-day wedding.. her parents don't really like zombies :D
Wha..? That's weird, it must have something to do with your internet privacy setting.

Unfortunately, that's one of thml5's flaws: if, after loading, the player won't click/tap the screen, the audio cannot start at all. So unfortunately, it's necessary for you to do so if you want to hear music in the game

After consulting the walkthrough on your facebook page, i think my game is bugged because i can't find the last missing clue which is seemingly the one you get by simply visiting Yeow.

SPOILERS! I beat the game with all points, but the concluding scenes say that I had a conversation with a certain faceless character that never took place. Sure, I had all the relevant clues, but that conversation never took place. Also, Ghvnn was telling me to look "hard enough" for clues at a certain location relevant to that same faceless character, but I couldn't find anything no matter what combination of actions I tried. I got all the points and right conclusions, but does anyone know what I was missing?

Aww I'm gonna miss this series! There's still so much we don't know about the Zombie Society :( Are you planning to release the story as a novel or something?
I know, it was a difficult decision. But I really need to clear my head and work on something new, I didn't have the motivation to continue the zombies' story and that would only have led to a drop in quality. But maybe this will change in the future, and I'll be back to tell more stories about Margh and Ghvnn!

Also, congrats on the recovery (can't have the creator of ZS to end up there himself, right) and to you and Player 2 as well

Zombies - kind of scary, pumpkinhead - pretty scary, 'THE END' - bonechilling horror! Also, that new mayor is Peter Griffin w/ a fake moustache, right?
