Don´t worry IsacOman, i´m pretty sure they will, because if you notice, the egg shapped thing wasn´t utilized in this episode, so it must be the key for some crazy puzzle in the next one.

to get the code of the box use a the lit candle on the yellow stain on the paper, the code is different every game though

Sam, first get the matches from under the seat acroos from you, then click on the train board map and you'll find a mirror, go over to the seats on the side on look in the bag. you should find a candle go back to the vent. light the candle in you inventory, put the mirror in the vent and hold the candle in front of it. that should work

Lol, that was the ghost?. After I put the mirror in that box, some retarded guy with make up and long black hair comes from under the seat.To me the ghost looked pretty lame. A messed up version of the grudge or The ring, something like that. I admit, it did scare me a little because the thing popped right under the seat, but after I got a good look of it, I thought to myself "well that was lame". Well whatever, I rate it 3.5/5

damn I can't get past the creepy face that appears after you shoot the darkness. I tap the space bar like crazy and nothing happens
