Trojan horse seems a bit overpowered, no card should do that much damage directly to a castle for the requirements it has. I think it needs to be 25 bricks and 20 weapons instead of what it is now.

Can be quite unenjoyable on multiplayer. New people should stick to playing Guests as most players will just thief all your resources, curse you until you have 1 income and then trojan horse you as a 1hit kill, all in three turns. Everyone should have access to the same cards.

omg no way!!!! Y_Y huge glitch...... happened 3x already... if froze..... one me...in hard.... and i was pwning the computer! i had everything 4+and had the computer in 1 for everything! iwas beating him by 1 castle point. I'd really apreaciated if it got fixed in the next batch of updates..... =/...please.....porfavor.... and ty.

I think the most useful strategy is to concentrate on either building your own castle or destroying your opponents' - magic would play a more supportive role. This seems really simple, but you also have to take into account a lot of factors. For example, if you're concentrating on destroying, most of your bricks would be focused on building up your wall so your opponent has a harder time. If s/he summons a Magic Shield, use an Archer and then the others. It might get difficult at times, but I guess if you should stick to something until you win or lose. It worked for me anyway. :P

Well, for the second time, this game deleted my decks and my castles and cards I unlocked. Although this is my favorite game on the site, I cannot continue to play if it keeps arbitrarily deleting my progress.

Its obviously some luck involved in the hard badge, but adapting your deck between each battle(since you can see the castle's resources/workers) makes a huge difference. Felt like the luck involved was reduced alot just by adding a bigger % of builders/recruits/mages and removing some inferior cards like spy and sabotage, aswell as reducing the amount of some other cards.
So my tip is a small deck with 5 builder/recruit/mage-cards.

The only way I found to reliably beating Hard Mode was to build 2 decks, 1 extreme defense and 1 extreme offense (which I refer to as Fortify and Arsenal).
Fortify: all cards that build the castle or wall; this includes guards and pixies/magic wall. All other cards are brick-based. Include Add Bricks/All Bricks/Builder. You may include Add Crystals/All Crystals/Mage, but try to keep your deck as small as possible. This deck is built for the long haul; always prioritize builders over any other card.
Arsenal: similar, but focused on offense. This means Add Weapons/All Weapons/Recruit for sure; Crystals and Bricks are optional, though magic is more important. Unlike Fortify, you will want to strike fast with Arsenal; it works very well with the high starting resources of the Hard Campaign. Be quick; this deck can not build.
Fortify should be your first choice; otherwise, try overwhelming them with Arsenal instead. I got through the Hard Campaign using mostly Fortify. Good luck.

Just wanted to say that I absolutely love the music (especially Track 3!!!). Any chance that you're offering the soundtrack outside of the game?

There is definitely a LOT of luck involved with the Hard badge. I have noticed more people are not leaving multiplayer games when they're close to death, which is good. I do really like this game though as the replayability is great. 4/5

haha its the first time ive seen the game and when i clicked on it, it gave me the Complete Conquest Badge for no reason

You should not be playing against other players that have cards like Curse or Trojan Horse when you don't have them. Every single time I play against a person who has that card, I curse. So it should tell you that they have these cards.

My only suggestion is either add more cards/elements, or make the minimum a more manageable number, like 60. That way, it would rely a little less on luck. The way the decks work now, there are only a couple good strategies (Curse Control, Magic Trojan.), and I think adding more elements (Like good and evil) would make this the best game on Kongregate.

I cannot see where on here it gives you the option to change what is in your deck. When I hit the change deck option it just lists default but I see nowhere to alter it.
