It was a good first attempt, but thoughts:
Definitely work on the graphics. MS. Paint just won't cut it.
The Crosshair frequently had issues with blocking stuff out. If you use Photoshop, you can easily make it so that the non-green portions are clear (or simply remove the white space, so that it would window straight to the next layer.) It was pretty obvious that the layers were: Body+hair (lowest), Crosshair (middle), Head (highest). You screwed up pretty hard on level 3 though.
