This is a great game, don't get me wrong. You have to grind for quite a while, but then suddenly you can beat everyone and then there's no purpose for the money you get for the rest of the game. At the same time that you have a pile of cash, you still need more stars for your abilities. It's also frustrating that you can't choose which course you run, but you get four random ones, so it takes a LOOOOOONG time to finish that one race that never shows up. Even with those major flaws, it's still a 5/5 in my book. Oh, and it'd be great if I could mute just the faux Rocky music, so I can still hear the other cool game sounds. Thanks

for a long time i was afraid to admit it, afraid to see what had happened here. But now that i see this horrible disgusting game in the hot new section i knew that: kongregate is dead.

So the thing that's really strange is that the "The Hero does not get tired at the finish line" upgrade is even more bugged than others have said. It works properly at the finish line (or I assume so) - in that it you don't get as tired, but you still aren't at supermax speed. But elsewhere, if you run out of stamina, you don't lose any speed, even if you're at supermax (all the way to the end of the red on the speedometer)

This game suffers some serious design flaws. Some upgrades don't work, some don't work like they are said in the description of what they do. The collision detection is awful and you'll hit stuff in front of you even if you switch lanes. And clicking on your character too high or too low to make them drink an energy drink switches lanes, sometimes causing you to crash into an obstacle. The missile strikes make it almost impossible to see what's ahead of you at later difficulties... but aside from all of the terribleness of the game it's still enjoyable, though very grind-y. There is about 5 maps and 4 difficulties repeated over and over until you buy everything you want. If the above issues were all fixed, this would be a better game.

I feel like this game is a perfect representation of the RIO 2016 games: broken tracks, "energy drinks" and "stamina restoring pills" as well as armed competitiors.
But the best thing: I bet there will be a bull on a skateboard...STEALING ALL MY ENERGY DRINKS!

The "not tired at finish line" upgrade does not seem to work. Still get stamina drain and recuperation after the last hurdles.

WTF? Game made by MARTINIRosso and not leaking 2+ gigs of RAM? :)
Fix the bugs, make it bit less grindy and finally you have a really, really good game.

Nice game, though it could use some improvements. A setting to only show races in which you have not yet world record + gold medal. Some special attributes for complete sets, e.g. 50% to doge projectiles, 10% to tackle other runners if you touch them, ...
And you can set a world record while finishing second.
FYI: the game has 48 tracks in total, the highest is level 85.

was having so much fun, doing just one more race over and over.. but then after it was all over and nothing left to do, i realized i wasted over an hour or two of my life and there's nothing i can do to get it back

Go for the buff that says "The Hero does not get tired at the finish line" it makes you not get tired at all right now since this game is so bugged

Another bug: leveling up negates earning world record money. The mouse-only control scheme can also be trouble, especially if clicking an energy drink in a separate lane.

Is there a bug going on with the last middle upgrade that makes energy drinks restore stamina? Ever since I put a point in that I've been losing races I easily won before and energy drinks aren't giving me stamina.

ok, weird thing happened to me, tried to beat the first competitor on a 1x1 race, so, when I was about to cross the finish line, it didn't cross and stopped until the competitor crossed the line and then I started moving again. on the podium I saw my time and it considered I was 1 milisecond later than the competitor. and when I tried to go to the home screen it now is flashing some pictures. No matter if I try to reload the game, when I choose to continue with the local save, it just start flashing the pictures and I can't play anymore. I left a race after the game froze for a bit. I came out and every race was level 10, all the windows opened at once and things were flipping between all the colors of the rainbow and locked content. Oh, and every racer in the black list was Hank.

I do not like that teh game gives you a set of difficult races that you cannot win (level too high) and get 0 cash for losing. It happens multiple times and its frustrating
