1 star rating... too bad to, i would have given it a five if it didn't have the massive memory leaks that requires a browser refresh every 4 runs

This is nicely improved from the first game, but the lag really holds it back. It seems to be a memory leak that comes on from somewhere between a few runs and a dozen. I can refresh the page and and it'll be fine again for a short time.

My biggest issue with this game (Besides the obvious lag issue) is that the characters are recycled. The new clothing "closet" is nice and the gym is a better level up system, but I find it hard to be excited about the same ol' laggy game and outfits.

"little performance improved. Sorry, but the game requires a powerful computer." I think what you meant to say was that the game requires a powerful engine, possibly on the backend system. To that, I say it sounds as if you know just enough about game design to make a useless gae that is unplayable but looks interesting initially. It is akin to knowing enough about a language to ask where the bathroom is and then tell a man's wife she looks like a horse but not much else. In other words, it has one purpose, to frustrate the users.
Kongreate should have never applied badges to this game without first severely testing the game.

Great game! However, this game has a massive memory leak problem... After 20 minutes, the game just lags so much that it's pretty much unplayable. Having to refresh every 20 minutes is frustrating to say the least.
A suggestion: show the total stats of each costume somewhere so we don't need to add up all the individual parts when comparing costumes!

Ridiculously laggy, the game is really fun but this is inexcusable because it renders your game unplayable. How can you call yourself a game developer if you can't address this issue?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
To comment on something other than the lag issue, it's too hard to tell what a lot of the artifacts are, making it hard to tell who they're for, and there really needs to be a better way to find the best stat costumes rather than just trial and error.

I played about 3 or 4 levels of SFK2 under a Flash profiler and found that it's leaking incredible amounts of flash.display::Shape objects (1329078 orphaned), flash.display::MovieClip objects (433486 orphaned), and flash.display::SimpleButton objects (163550 orphaned). These are not the only offenders; merely the most egregious. See http://goo.gl/qSstlM

With great badges comes great responsability. Release a massive performance update. It is inadmissable for this game to have badges in this current state :(

memory leak like you never know. i remember SFK1 as being enjoyable instead of this crappy. 1/5 until "barely playable".

Oh I just read the update that he added 15 hours ago to address the lag.... "Sorry, but the game requires a powerful computer." My computer can run games like Skyrim and Farcry 4 but this little flash game is still lagging. Quit being a shitty dev for blaming other people for things you're not smart enough to fix. This is staying at 1/5 permanently.

There's still some sorta "Leak?", that's causing the lag issue. And maybe add some sorta menu that allows me to see which outfit my kittens are wearing already. 5/5 When the lag gets fixed, until then it's a 1/5 without a doubt.
Your game was lucky enough to acquire badges, which means more people are going to play it, and since everyone keeps complaining about the lag then what's gonna happen to the next game you develop? No one will play it because of the bad rep this game is getting.

Game gets a 4/5 on its own right, although a little bit grindy by nature and I could see a few improvements here or there but overall very fun/different style of game. Gets knocked to 3/5 for lag and then down to 2/5 for developer consistently blaming people's computers instead of fixing the issue.

I for one applaud the dev's efforts to support the Folding@Home project by writing a fun game to keep me occupied while my computer performs computationally extensive tasks.

nice idea, becomes a bit too grindy after a few levels, also making that worse is that the game keeps slowing down further and further
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
uh everytime i finish a level some item is randomly unequipped from one of the cats. If i wanted to remove the hat then i would have done so. and game lags way to much. 2/5

Start level, make sandwich, eat sandwich, make phone call, finish level. This is the most exciting screensaver I've ever played!

I really enjoy both of these game had I not the I would not have 100% completed them with the lag. Actual game comments. 1st I liked another idea to show the total costume stats vs each-other instead of just the parts. 2nd the training montage is cute in the beginning but once you hit 40+ it just takes forever even without lag. To easily get all costumes save your lottery tickets till near the end. Also on the end boss there is no reason to use melee as they will get knocked back once for every hit. there may be no reason to use melee at all but i did not switch all range till the end. I hope the next one gets the kinks worked out. 3/5 only cause I like the game so much.

My final comment on lag then I will review the game without lag mention. It dose not mater how powerful your computer is flash by design can only use 10-13% of my cpu or about 1-1.5 gig of my ram before it tries to die. I also think it is strange that clicking stop the non responding popup on Firefox does nothing every other game I did that on it shut flash down.

Seriously, this game has such potential Idea was fun, graphics were cute, I loved the ability to combine outfit pieces (but dislike how having different parts of the same ability type do not confer that ability)... but please fix the lag. It plays /marginally/ better on Chrome but even then it takes a while.
