There is very little about this game that makes sense. "Hover mouse until something happens." Not very fun. I couldn't tell that the brass spine of things was a ladder, because there is nothing to indicate a bunch of metal lines on a wall actually sticks out or anything. Same as I couldn't tell that randomly glowing green lines, well, some of them can be picked up! Glad there is a walkthrough, but since it's so easy to get stuck so early, I have no motivation to continue.

outstanding as always. Submachine has always been a quality release, although a larger play area would be nice. How long before part 10?
Also, what was the hammer for?

How can you expect from people to even try to figure it out? The thought being stuck takes me off... At least you have made a walkthrough so we don't have to waste time trying to solve what goes where... Illogical, random.

i tested one of the 2 stone eyes on murtagh's tomb but it was the wrong eye, I tested the other eye on elizabeth's tomb and it was also the wrong eye, derp

Here is a tip for anyone wanting to get the 5 secrets. Do not place the ladder rung you find into the ladder above it. You don't need to do that at all and it is needed further down for a secret.

What you could do is to sell a fullscreen version, with extras and stuff. And maybe a submachine styled wiki. I would totally buy it.

@Spyro_Drag, when you beat it, hit go back to game, you start before you can't go back anymore, so you can go to the room again.

Beautiful, I'd also been waiting for this a long time and was not disappointed. You really outdid yourself with this one, the atmosphere, story, art and music. I found this one much more logical to work through than the others, less pixel hunting and the puzzles tied in together wonderfully. I can't wait for the next one. My only gripe was that the game was too small, I know you're offering a fullscreen HD version, but this one still could have been a little bigger. Other than that, 5/5. Thankyou for your continued giving of excellent game experiences.

Though I know the games to be of great quality, this resolution blocks out all those who don't have the eyesight of an Eagle. Seriously, could this not be changed to make it much more accessible for all who want to submerge in this game, please? Either way, much obliged for what I expect to be a great game, but sadly don't get to fully see.

Wow, finally a Submachine that I am able to solve without having a glance at the walkthrough from time to time. Perfect level of difficulty for me I guess, sometimes I was close to being stuck ;) 5/5 ofc, was worth to wait for that.

I love how this game reminds of just how little I really know. As well as the value of knowing how to 'put this thingamabob here cross the streams and SMACK IT WITH A WRENCH'.

FINALLY!!! ive been waiting for this all friggin year. but.... it seemed a bit.... erm... short? and that tile thAt reads 1111111, how are we suposed to get back to that room once weve goten the last button? GRRR

We've been waiting a long time for this sequel but as viperaider noticed (+1), the display is far to small. I can hardly see the details on my laptop...

Honestly these kinds of games don't make any sense to me, i can go through every room and try to solve every puzzle and it just doesnt make sense to me. Not my kind of games i think. you did some great work on it and i think its a great idea. Just not my kind of game.
