Wonderful game, a nice twist on the standard tower defense. Graphics excellent, music is pleasing (not repetitive nor annoying). It's challenging but lets you grind to level up. A pox on the whiners who complain it's too hard, this is a great game.

Nice graphics, I'd like to see stats on monsters hovering over them. I see you've fixed a few of the earlier complaints, thanks for that. I'm sure that saved me some frustration. I didn't have problems with being looted a lot, I did build towers. The game did get easier after the golems. Especially with the 3x attack skill. I didn't even bother with the 5x version.

I've been ravenously playing TDs since Flash Element TD. This is by far the most interesting and well-thought one. I seriously hope you will continue making TDs.
Some tips:
- More towers, possibly cannon & poison towers
- More difficulty options: as much as I like this game, it becomes deadly easy once you get some upgrades
- Endurance mode of some kind. This gives the game a lot more longevity.
- More levels
And for the love of Thor, never make the game "rock paper scissor". That's the stupidest thing ever in TDs, some players LOVE their playstyle but they are forced to follow the game's scheme; this game instead supports every playstyle.

omg the hard levels are so incredibly harder than the levels before! loved it ... now just like it as a friend. its like deus ex all over again. cakewalk into a near unbeatable boss. is there school teaching this crap?

It's really hard to see the tower spots in the snowy stages. Could you change the color of the circles for those levels?

It's kind of annoying when that ONE guy gets through right in the beginning or right at the end and it ends up dropping your resource gain by a whole 20. It might be better if you made a steady loss for each guy that got through? Like 2 or 3 resources less per lost "life"?

I thought it was fairly easy. Especially once you train the golems. The last 1/2 of the game i don't think i used anything but golems and archers.

Well I got about half way through, just came back and my game is reset. Happened before when you did your last update too. I'm sorry, but having my progress reset again makes the rating that much lower.

Great game, very easy to play, very easy to get the max bonuses. Only issue is first level max bonus is criminal, best manages was 1 leak. First level should be easier to beat to make the players enjoy it. Also add battle when defending, If you just made an upg and fail to have resources to enhance defences the looting is horrid. Making the defence more player-active would be great. Regarding the battle mode, it's great, speed button works great. Only improvement for awesome game experience would be making first level easier and enemy turn defence action.

To the Devs - I read your earlier comment about how later stages require grouping up on stronger enemies. That's great, but how about a "goal line defense" button I can press to make sure everyone gets blocked?

It's great to see a new take on TD games. Kudos! I really enjoyed it. And to the person who said command point gains don't keep up with the game speed, it's working now.

has potential to beat any gemcraft game.harder cities should be worth more resources and generate more resources per turn.why is there a clock? you cant send next wave early for a bonus.speed up only makes the game worse by letting mobs slip thru because tower speed dont match game speed.for a hint to everyone complaining about swordsmen ganging up on one mob keep them spaced out a bit. hate to see a great game go to waste over a couple of flaws

the very first level that has more than 20 flyers total kills you. There is no way around it because archers just dont do enough damage to kill even a single enemy. Archers are useless.

For the love of God why does the final wave immediately begin once the wave before it starts?
its the first level. and you finally get to it without casualties but get bum rushed by two waves?
Check this out... and this is not the only possible configuration for a rank I, there are many ways.

Looks like it has potential, but rather unfinished still. (Except for the art. Art looks awesome :p.) I gotta say, though, unless the plot and dialogue is going to improve dramatically in the second half of the game I think you guys'd be better off taking it all out. It doesn't really contribute to the game. Also, this game needs a proof-reader.a

~~"Developer response from menaragames"~~
~~"Updated, archers now prioritize flying units."~~
^ ^ ^ No they still dont shoot the air units ^ ^ ^ ( unless its just me )
please + this comment if your archers still dont attack air units as priority

good game but it was frustrating to see my archers always attack different flying unit, then i just stopped playing 4/5

So far I got attacked every night and if I failed to defend (which can happen even if I spend resources) I lost everything of a resource type. Saving up for upgrades is really tough because of this; it makes the game into a grind, and that's not what either of us wants. Make it easier to survive nights and things get better.
2 - Maybe give me the ability to direct my troops in battles? What if I want an archer to ignore creatures that have heavy armor unless there's nothing else to shoot. Part of my problem with battles is that there's no way to pick targets, so the archers will waste tons of shots against something they barely hurt while everything else marches past.
3 - I need a reason to upgrade towers. Few spots are so tactically necessary that upgrades are worth the points. It's worse for melee troops because more (cheaper) towers means they respawn faster when killed, because they're being produced by multiple structures at the same time.

I'd suggest getting rid of the resource penalty for less than perfect runs. Having to grind beginning maps for resources in order to beat the later levels doesn't make things more enjoyable.

Had no problem with the game even in the beginning. People need to understand and look at the units and build a defense off of what the units do rather than what you want the units to do. Archers have a dead zone so build accordingly. If your ground troops are not defending like you think they should then try it a different way. If you want an easy game that doesn't make you think then go back to facebook and find a game that has an "I win" button at the bottom and just click that over and over again.

just a bad game it could be so great but it is just lacking so much 2/5 fix the air guys being impossibl to kill without haveing ever other hut a archer ai on gaurds attack the first monster but let the other ones go buy if ou fix these it can be a 4/5 mabey even a 5/5 but now its just a bad game

One of the best TDs i have ever played and i played a lot ;) Nice difficult but some bugs (its easier on good pc's, harder on slow ones. x2 and x4 wont make as much money). But i loved it!! Please, make a sequel or a addon :)

I freaking hate the limited range on archers. Flying units going right over their heads and they can't even fire an arrow?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
A few things I havent seen mentioned. I find myself selling towers (specifically knight towers) because sometimes its hard to click on a ground slot because a tower is in the way. So the layout of the building, and how the ground slots are blocked are a little off. Nothing huge, but should be easy to fix.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I don't see the advantage to upgrading a tower. It's cheaper to put down a second tower, which accomplishes the same thing. At least until the map is full, which I haven't experience early in the game.

Besides seeing the stats of your own units, I would like to be able to check the stats of foes too.
And one should be able to pause the game and place structures. As it is now, there is no time to see what is coming and plan accordingly, especially since foes come out very shortly after the arrows appear telling you where they are coming from.
Latter on there seems to be no way to win other then slowly grind and get up levels of things.
A I see some nice potential in this game though.
