Anyone who says this game sucks better think first. Because this game was one of the precursors to the reason why the first person shooter concepts allowed for creation of your Halo and Call of Duty. Appreciate the classics.

Great game, really worth playing. People are saying "Hurr Doom 3 is better" that is cause Doom 3 IS better. But this is great fun. The controls are a bit wierd, but that doesn't matter. Great game, great job on the conversion.

This is great. would love to see some one do this with castle wolfenstein 3d or duke nukem. forget any one who says this sucks - its old school its not supposed to be awesome like the new games

i love how people are saying "I have Doom 3 and this game sucks compared to it" of course it does, this is doom ONE that is doom THREE, meaning there was more advanced technology at the time of Doom 3 than there was at the time of Doom 1 [/rant]

Isn't this technicly illegal? He copied the exact same thing from the game but turned it into flash form when the game costs money to buy in the first place.

I'm sorry but this game is horrible i have Doom 2 and Doom final and Doom ultimate for my PC and it's 1000000000000000000000000000000000 times better than this cheep Newgrounds knock off........I mean it has epic lag

omg, you are a legendary programmer, and you have produced a legendary game, if you improved the graphics for a different game (i like the oldschool for doom) then you could easily beat sonny ratings wise

DOOM - BEST GAME EVER MADE. PERIOD. 5/5.

God mode: type "iddqd" very fast on keyboard
Ammo+weapons: type "idfa" very fast
Ammo+weapons+keys: type "idkfa" very fast
Walk Through Walls (no clip mode): type "idclip" very fast

The controls are kind of hard in this..turning around is a bit slow. But I like the idea. Doom is ftw! :) *still plays zDoom*
