GOD I swear its dangerous to buy money tickets after day 10 cause no one can solo one without elixir or instant ko item.

Great game, but entirely based on luck and so not really a fun experience since there's not much you can do to escape your fate. Also, fighting a dragon before day 20 is just madness, maybe you should stop that from happening...

Addictive, but I´d love to see that you take it a step further and make it even more addictive. Somewhat more effects after leveling (like gaining stats) oughta do the trick.

(Day 12) Yeah, I'm on a roll! (Day 17) Fighting off a dragon with an elixir. Dragon wins with less than 1% of it's HP: Fuuuuuuu...... ::inserts 1 coin(s) to continue::

Another note, enemies don't get stronger as you upgrade armour, they get stronger as time goes by.
Just figured I'd say that.

besides what other people have said the inability to gain hp from buying armor once you have astral can be somewhat of a setback, mabye you could continue to buy equiment once you hav the max and just get astral+1, astral+2 etc, increasing in price and stats according to a some formula. aditionally the game is fairly heavily based on luck atm, perhaps you could make it a branching path instead of a strait one, where you can go up or down depending on how high your cursor is this way there would be an added tactic of decided which shops you run past instead of being limited solely by money.

I'm in love with this game, but i think you should add one extra slot for seeing what's coming in advance and make the first dragon you kill a little easier than the rest; I've died from that dragon a lot.

Really enjoyed the game. However, one complaint I do have is that the dragons seem to appear close to one another, and since you need at least one item to kill them, it's a bit frustrating sometimes when you get dragon, sword, dragon in the queue. Other than that, very addicting game. Looking forward to the sequel!

Everyone keeps saying you need a Divine Edge to beat dragons.
But the combat system is RNG.
Technically, you can beat them without upgrading any equipment. It's just absurdly unlikely.

I'm also going to agree that the damage enemies do to you actually seems to increase after buying armor, which kinda sucks. Also, it'd be awesome if there was some sort of reward for getting levels...I'm at 22 right now, and having no difference between now and level 1 is kinda lame. Anyway, great game! 5/5

Only way to beat dragons is with the divine edge. One game, I never saw a divine edge before the first dragon, and died at the dragon. My last game, I hit Dragon (used divine edge), Weapon, Dragon on day 17. With two dragons and no divine edge between them, I died right there. Please fix it so you can always have at least one chance to get a divine edge before dragons.

hmm, two dragons in a row seems quite unfair, impossible to beat no matter how good your armor/blade is if there is no divine edge store in between..

My biggest issue remains that enemies are hitting me for more damage after I upgrade my armor. I'm pretty sure it shouldn't be like that. :/

I think it's a good game concept and I would just like to see more depth explored with making the buy decisions more complex. The soul shrine system is a step in the right direction for shaking things up and giving you lots to think about.
The golden coupons are kinda dumb to be perfectly honest. They cost negative money if you can afford them. If you're lucky enough for many to spawn your run will go pretty long.

Encountered 4 (or 5? I can't remember) Dragons in one game! XD
My last five encounters were: Dragon (left me on 1k or so HP and 10% life) -> Soulshrine (Full life! Yes!) -> Goblin (reduced me to 30 HP) -> Elixir (Full HP! YES!) -> Dragon (Oh. Oh well.)

There's only a few things I'd think of.
Probably the biggest thing is seeing equipment change a bit as upgrades go by...
Something more then a score multiplier for leveling up...
And I know the games new and all, but seeing different characters, with different weapons/mechanics/something, would be interesting.

day 18, no dragon in sight, no divine edge either. uh oh, here comes a dragon. YESSS, killed it using an elixir, heal with an armor upgrade..... another dragon, DX

5/5 because of the simple gameplay, the beautifull music, the beautifull character. Would like to see some perks as you level up, instead of just score. And see the character change its looks as it upgrades

Here's an idea on how to make level-ups matter more: Do a Call of Duty-esqe perks system, where you have perks unlock every level or so. Stuff like faster movement, faster attack, more money to start, etc. You can start the player with 1 perks "slot" to put a perk in, and then have a new slot open up every 10 levels or so. Probably only have 3 or so slots at most. This will give the player a better reward for playing more and doing well. Will probably have to revise the xp system though to keep it balanced. Neat concept overall, look forward to see where you take it next.

too much luck based, vouchers shouldn't exist and dragons should have a divine edge before each of them I guess, and have a proper dragon icon so you'll know.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Really nice little game. Few things:
1) It's ok if dragons can only be killed by the divine edge but if that's the case then there should be at least one opportunity to buy a divine edge before every dragon.
2) Swapping items is very punishing because of the limited window to use items and the limited amount of information about what is coming up. So either it should be possible to use items out of combat, or when you buy a new item your old item gets sold for some $.

Back to back dragons with only an elixir in between.... requiring the Divine Edge should mean you at least provide one before another dragon.

I kill the dragon and win all trophies xD - Game Progress 100%. Buy the money to earn more money and buy armor and swords. When you fight with dragon, try to pay a 1000% power attack skill and use it whit him.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
It is good to depends on the luck a little bit. But there should be a warning of the coming dragon. So I have the time to buy a item increasing the attack instead of storing that item for a long time. And when two dragon appears in a row, there is no way to beat them....
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
What are the gold vouchers for; I've been saving my money for weapon and armor upgrades solely and that attack boosting item in case I run into a dragon.

Hi Mintsphere, this game is great! I look forward to the sequel/expansion. May I suggest different game modes? Some possibilities: Story Mode (Missions: carry this bag of flour to the witch she lives 2 days away it takes up your item slot), survival mode (pretty much this game), bounty hunting mode (survive x days with as much gold as possible). Okay, this is my last run...for real this time!

I believe one fix could make this game a lot more fun. Make the days longer. That way you have time to build up your character. Another thing which would be nice is being able to buy the armor even if you already have the astral gear. That way you can heal before battle (if you have the gold that is). Great work so far!
