Am i the only one who didnt have trouble with dragons at all? I had level 5 armor, and level 6 weapon. I used a divine and killed them instantly. Great game. Needs a sequel with a lot more features. Keep up the good work!

this isn't your ordinary blademaster. your typical "blademaster" as some may call them, would kill many enemies much larger than a dragon or a golem and never get hit, but this chick is tricky, she'll let a mere goblin damn near kill her before she finishes off his last 1 health

Good graphics, good music, good concept....but lacks on execution and overall quite dull. Perhaps add high-mid-low attacks by positioning before the strike, or jump-duck.

To Chaniel: I killed a dragon and got the achievement without divine blade. You just need to time your elixir... And I guess some luck as well XD

divine edge isnt needed to kill a dragon. I killed one using the flamberge (the dragon was encountered around day 8 or 9), and i got lucky; my character had to hit the dragon twice in a row before getting hit, three times, to take it down. Try getting a powerful weapon and armor when you get to the dragon, and have the elixir when you are one hit away from death. Also, if two armor upgrades are nearby (and you can afford both), the upgrades cost the same, unless you refuse the second upgrade after getting the first. Get them both whether you need them or not, since it saves gold.

"Protip #15 Help the developers!" sureeeeeeeee like that will help....(likes the game and gives it 5 starts) you have received invincibility! :O. Lol jk, good idea tho right?

I really like this game. The concept is so simple but still requires a ton of strategy. I think you could really expand on it to make an incerdible sequel with more items, a more in-depth levelling system, armour/weapon appearances. 5/5, but could be even better

how many times in a row can i get one-shotted by a goblin??? i'm at four so far.. let's find out!!! seriously it's not likei'm not upgrading every chance i get, and yet i inevitably run into a goblin that one-shot kills me..and always right after i use a shrine to heal!!! if i'm at nearly full health and upgraded.. should this even be possible??? it's called BALANCING people!!!

It's kinda upsetting how one run I can get to level 15 without seeing a single golden ticket, and then hitting a dragon on level 16, whereas on another run I get 3 by level 9 and then dragon on 10 and I haven't had time to upgrade.

great game! Though i like to point out this. I would be more fun if it was a bit like a RPG. I mean, it's better if you can control the fight instead of just the character doing it for you. Kinda takes out the recreation in it. Otherwise not bad at all! :D

As an RPG you should get something for achievements, that is when you gain an achievement it should do something for your subsequent runs, like boost your starting level/gear/cash.

I had so much fun playing this game, I think it would be cool to add items like smash brothers assist trophies to skip a battle but still get the reward, like leaving the npc there to fight for you. I also wouldn't mind being able to upgrade the item pouch. I'd like to see spells as well, make it feel more like an rpg but keep it fast paced. Perhaps a mission mode, like quests you can puchase to make an enemy appear. I don't know these are just my opinions but over all a great game.

Killing a dragon is a hard badge? I killed three on my second run :/ And only against one of them did I use a divine edge... Anyway, great game, hope there's a sequel soon :D

This is fun, but very unforgiving; such as if you make one stupid mistake, you cant afford the soul shrine and are guaranteed to die. good other than that.

Tip: Don't waste your money on elixers they are usually ineffective. This is because every time you upgrade your armour you get full health so buying elixers usually wastes money. If you are sort of low on health and dont see an Armour Shop coming up right after the next battle then you should probably use your elixer that you start out with and you can always refill that if you want just in case.

A limited interface RPG is an interesting concept by itself and this game proves it to be possible without sacrificing playability. As a bonus it managed to avoid the usual bloat of features that make many RPGs annoyingly complicated.
However, with a limited interface came limited interaction: the only choices are to click or not to click. This makes it more like watching the story than playing it, and, face it, not really unique or creative story.
Good work anyway, graphics and music are very fitting and the game somehow manages to keep player's attention up for few runs.

How about being able to carry 2 items at once? Then in case there are 2 dragons in a row and no divine edges in between like what happened to me, I won't die. 1 click to switch items, and a doubleclick to use an item.l

A few tips: To kill the dragon you need to buy a divine edge. The dragon appears AFTER day 10, so around day 8 or so, heal yourself (this is important! Use your elixir if you have it , or upgrade your armor). Grab a divine edge, and you should be able to survive until you meet the dragon, then you can use the item to kill it in one hit. Also, if you get a gold ticket, it is definitely worth it. It multiplies your gold reward by 10, and you can easily get rich this way. Just remember, make sure to heal before getting the divine edge on day 8 or 9.

Funny little game, reached day 36 on my first try though, bought the cash x10 item for $500 (by skipping on armor and weapon a few times) as soon as I had the chance and it made my live so much easier...died on my third dragon...not sure if it was luck or if the hard badge is THAT easy to get :)

Game shows potential, definitely a good base, but the random chance of dragon, the 'level up' having no meaning whatsoever, and the non-scaling amount of gold all lower the rating.
Level up should give a bonus to gold acquisition, HP, or stating equipment. Buying a sword/armor in game, you keep it when you start over, or keep a certain level you bought at a certain level you reach. Reach level 3, keep level 2 equipment. So on.

Only weapon = death. Only armor = death. A 1:1 ratio = death. Most weapon a few armor = death. Most armor few weapon = death. Dies no matter what at day 10+ due to enemies doing 1000 dmg or more and attacks twice for each of your attacks.
I have to conclude its all luck and that means its a shitty and broken worthless game. 1 star.

I like the music and the concept. What I don't like is calling this an rpg. Also, there's a bit too much luck involved in getting good enough gear before you run into the dragon.

5/5! Innovative and well made. I'd like to see where this goes after some refinement. Full review at http://www.gameolosophy.com/games/action/on-flash-games-39-trigger-knight/

Might I suggest for the sequel that there be an option added for skipping what upgrades you don't need (without penalty to your lifespan), to speed things up some? Cheers.
