SO there I opened a new save slot to reach the core without buying a turbo... and then you guys remove it. stop giving in to so many casual gamers. balance is almost fine.

Boring game !! it's impossible !! When you encount"er the big alien, it shoot you, and its awfully difficult ! The ground is to hard (even the last drill equiped !The last upgrade are tooooo expensive ! NO FUN at the end ! The too bot will reach the core without me ! BUT this game have potential, and with a rebalanced playing, it will become more cool.

I have to say that for a motherload copy the grind is just infuriating. You never get enough to even buy anything that feels significant. Oh yeah and don't even get me started on the amount of lasers and mines. Here is a tip don't make your game annoying to play, a game has to be fun, not a chore.

Got all the achievements, a good 90% of the possible upgrades... so when are the badges going to land for this thing?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
A few things that weren't too clear to me:
1. Destroying enemy (not the little bugs but the lasers and the bug spawners) gives you technology...for the longest time I was avoiding them.
2. Slots - you only get one of the bonus, not all (I made the error of assuming you get all and went and upgraded each one to max as I got them...)
2. Turbos are easy to max, but the last one (T4) that requires the jump resource doesn't seem worth it. It would take 2 speed upgrades, 3 duration upgrades, and 2 charge upgrades to even out with the maxed out T3 turbo. Maybe some balancing is needed?
3. Similar to the turbo, the last engine would require at least 3 upgrades for power and 3 for max speed to make it better than the E4 engine.
4. I found it easier to progress with a maxed out H2 Catepillar Hull then bothering to upgrade the H3 or H4.
Overall it is a grind like everyone else has said but I still think it's a well created game - 4/5 if not for some balancing items.

Motherload did it better, years ahead of you. And you did not have to rip off the resources for it either, you know you can make stuff your own.

Similar to the Motherload, but worse, much worse game-play. Almost no control, the upgrades are getting extremely expensive at the end, so there is more of time waste element than there is fun, actually the fun gets less and less as you progress further.
I will not reach this core, don't want to.

I can't even start the game. The game loads and some robot tells me "Commander, we have no energy for the jump." Then no matter what button I press nothing happens.

The game is cool I like it, but the progression is too slow for my nerves. I'm forced to make 2 to 3 runs in order to buy some meaningful upgrades, that seems like too much. It could be mitigated by better controls system which would allows me to avoid and collect more efficiently, but despite the agility upgrade, it's still unfairly heavy and slow which isn't very engaging.

Love diggers, love upgrades, but man once you finnaly get those ice blue gems its hard as hell to get enough to really advance your equipment beyond what you already had from slogging your way there in the first place.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
the price for the equipment is so high, why do you need plasma to buy the very first upgrade of the last equipment? I can't get near the core with them without upgrade. Also, too many things that can damage you. without super high agility, it is impossible to save half of your durability. Especially the lava blockade, they reduce the thermal defense way too quick. If you run into a horizontal barrier made of them, pray that you have enough durability to dig the core for plasma.

For all those wondering about the Barrier Achievment on Red Planet for the Candy Drill : 500m no Barrier means that u are not allowed to hit any of the Orange Blocks AND are not allowed to destroy Lasers or those Bugnests, so u are only allowed to get hit by Lasers or those flying Bugs gl :)

"Bonus king 2: Collect energy bonus after energy is over" haven't managed so far but try to keep some turboboosts when running out of energy and use them to pick up an energy bonus. You may not come to a complete stop before using the boost.

The grind is horrendous. But I keep coming back to the game. Day 152. I am determined to get to the bottom of the core before I move on to the second planet.

There are WAY too many things that can damage you, and nowhere near enough things that can heal you. The game is unbalanced and has too much grinding.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
the grind will feel less grind-y once you resolve the lag issues. it can double/triple the time it takes per run, which eats into the enjoyment.
i don't mind the amount of time it'll take to upgrade stuff, i was looking for something with medium-length playability. mostly well done.

Can't quite understand "Bonus king 2: Collect energy bonus after energy is over", can someone explain? (PM or comment)

Oh my days, the GRIND (pun utterly intended) in this game goes way beyond the pale. Seriously, it's eating in to my life!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Nice game, the grind is real, but I enjoyed the game very much. There are a few bugs and kinks to work out but all in all, a very good game. Thanks for it.

Not sure I'll stick around to upgrade the candy drill all the way. I mean, I did do a bit, but it gets pretty expensive. Was easy enough to make the best drill in stats, though its steering ability is quite exceptional as is.

I've just reached the core without tuub (its my second game and I delberately didnt buy one. I didn't get the achievement, it disappeared. What is that all about?
This is disregard for the gamers.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
i don't like the option to play muted, shouldn't even be in the settings, its way cooler having everyone whine aboot it
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Sadly it just got too grindy after i got to the red planet. I dont think i have the nerves to finish.... good game though.
