I like the idea of the Gregor's Mendel experience. But I deplore the lack of challenge to stimulate interest in game. There's not enough upgrades, and science is too long to obtain 1 level.
To sum up, it's a good idea but not finished.

What does completing this game look like? I have all 9 tiers in the museum full. Is there something after all silver leafs?

So around about tier 7 things really start to lag. Once you get the first actual mutation, not just the solid-colored starter for the tier, you can fill up the tier in about 20 minutes of active play, but waiting for that first mutation seems to take exponentially longer time for each tier. 6 sets of solid-colored breeding pairs took about half an hour for the first mutation on tier 7, over an hour on tier 8, and I let it run overnight to get one for tier 9. I'm now at solid silver breeders and have been for over a day, and still haven't gotten any mutations (I'm guessing the next step is the mythic "5-leaf clover" of the title). I'd hoping if I wait long enough to build up enough science to buy more mutations/faster breeding something might actually happen here, but that's gonna take a few more days at this rate...

umm, did my game bug? i'm up to tier 7 and all i'm getting is solid dark green, been letting it sit here for a while with all 6 breeding slots...
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
something's definitely off about the "auto-museum" upgrade
with 6 breeding pairs and each one a different amount of leaf colors (1 different, 2 different, 3 diferent... 6 different) and the chance of double mutation, i should be able to fill at least 1 page completely while idle no?
an hour later and the one i'm missing is still missing, as soon as i mass sold all my clovers i got the one i missed !? this is not a game you can leave idle...
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
i understand you aren't done with the game and if it's not to much trouble can you add something to buy and it makes it so it decreases the chance of getting the same clovers?

I'd rather have the museum be organized by number of segments evolved (ex tier 1 has the green one, then all the ones with only 1/8 blue, then all the one with 2/8s etc).
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Took a while to understand the binary sorting of the museum, still would be more convenient to have them sorted as one, two, three leaves etc. Also the end game is a bit boring just on waiting the last science upgrades and last mutation (as I am assuming there will be a five leaf clover). Nice game overall.

Rated 4 mostly for potential. I'd like to see what this game becomes with better balance and colour. It seems that it's still being worked on, the creator just wants to do big updates rather than small patches.

Good game so far.. but I've reached T5 and the pacing has slowed right down to a stop, I've been waiting for a mutation for almost an hour. Anyone got any advice?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Kinda fun , but when you have a one color one at the start of 9 you spend longer waiting for the first mutation than it takes to fill the museum once you have it. Also later on you get new ones so fast that it gets annoying if you want a specific one with few mutations because it is constantly moving and you have to get it before it fills up and higher ones replace it.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Gave it a low rating because it's primarily categorized as idle, but you have to constantly be changing out clovers which makes it anything but idle.

For people confused about the museum organisation: The coloured leaf pattern counts up in binary, with the LSB the upper left leaf, moving clockwise around to the most significant bit, the lower left leaf.

If you're having difficulty figuring out what clovers you need from the museum, try screenshotting or snipping tool the first or second tier then whatever tier you're working on. Open both in Paint. Then delete all the clovers you don't have. Turn on Transparent Selection and overlay the tier you're working on over the completed one. Now all the patterns you need are clear to see in another color!

If the dev has abandoned the project they should just let us know. If they are still working on updates but have run into delays then they should let us know. The main things about things like this is communication. No communication makes people think the project is dead and will soon move on.

Lovely little Idle game, which dont depends on alot of clicking. The science income needs to be adjusted as lategame just is waiting for enough science to be able to get Tier 9 clovers... Looking forward to see what happens with this game in the future

Been waiting an hour for the last tier color to spawn.... Been waiting a few hours for the next "chance to mutate"... The last tier takes WAY too long

Not a 5 leafed clover in the whole game... Why name the game Five-Leaf Clover, then not have a 5 leafed clover... kinda lame.

Sry for Multiposting, but I got a second idea: I completed Tear 5 Museum now 100%... what if you could get another Science Bonus for a Tier, completed 100%

I feel like I breed them too quickly. Maybe you just didn't intend for the player to force certain patterns? It really don't take me nearly as long as the game expects for me to complete a full Museum Tier. Every single time I complete one I end up sitting there for almost an hour waiting for the next tier to breed out of a mutation from 12 full colored Clovers.

it's an amazing game. I personally like to share, what would be nice to have in addition there: 1) if saving completed, there could be a success-message, 2) if a tier is completed, it could appear as a message, 3) missing and already sent-to-museum ones could be differed in the stash by it's border-color :-)

Well, looking at the description of this game... No, no I can't handle the task. Because it seems like there is no five-leaf clover. Just a grey four-leaf, and even that can't be submitted to the museum.

I have bred over 1000 Clovers without a single mutation. I have 6 breeding stations pumping out roughly every 4 seconds. Maybe its just really really really bad luck but it seems like at Tier 7 the game just breaks.. I am assuming that I need more Science upgrades but I won't be able to afford it for a very long time so I am stuck until then.

To everyone complaining about the museum, the developer used binary to organize the leafs. Altough it´s not the best way to organize them, it's not really that hard to find out wich one is missing, and untill the developer changes that, this is best way to look at it
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
ok so i have every single clover in the museums almost every science upgrade...
i think ive completed the game...in 3 days

Sell All button should auto detect anything that isn't in the Museum yet and automatically place it there before selling the rest of the stack.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
it could help to have some warning when you are about to sell a clover iwth new color mutation as i just by accident sold all clovers in stash together with one that jsu tpopped out, and i was waiting several minutes for a new mutation to get to higher tier
