I read a lot of good comments in here so I just bought the game on steam. I will try it now! It looks great for now! CYA
I spent a month trying to do exactly that, it turned into a nightmare. You really have to design the game to be webgl from the start. Just fyi, I am working on a sequel called Astrox Imperium, it has all the stuff this one was missing. However, it not designed for the browser and will be available on steam this fall. Sorry guys, I really did try.

This game was great, Then unity is limited to 2 sh** browsers like internet explorer. In fact, I do this on Mozilla Firefox, But it says its not allowed on google chrome when i'm using a entirely different browser. On top of this the 2 most unpopular browsers are now used for unity, Resulting in several unity games being forgotten and killed over time. If you want a game that'll last, Here's my advice. DON'T DO UNITY.

Regardless of the awkward work you have to do to play now and then, this game is worth the hassle just for how well made it was for a single persone to make. truly a god amung devs

Fellas, a reminder yes this lovely unity game is hard to play on browsers now a days. Please remember though, Momoguru is making a full fledge sequel to this Astrox Imperium. Also, there is a better version on Steam Astrox Hostile Space Excavation for $10.. Sorry to see the web dropping gems like this.

also, add factions, you already have different station designs for them, add factions in, and if you help some factions then goodies come, if you attack others, bounty hunters show up, and as the game progresses, even though factions start out neutral, some become friends, others enemies, and you can speed up or hinder this, and if you become an enemy of all factions, you become a pirate with an alternate story line... add it whenever if at all, I think it would make an amazing game even better. + this if you agree

originally I wanted to play this game via chrome, but unity isn't supported on chrome, I'm glad I used another browser.. this game is a lo of fun, id like to see more customization options especialy paint, but keep up the good work!!!

To get Unity to work on firefox you can install the 32-bit Extended Support version here - https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/all/ if you already had unity installed on firefox before it will carry over so you dont have to do anything else!

Guys, there is a Chrome extension called GameLoad which you can use to play the game. You need to install the program with the same name as well.

I don't understand how Carriers work. I got 10 of the fighters and launched them (starting at 99% and went down), and then watched my ship use lasers to kill all the pirates....

And so the list of browsers I can use to paly this game gets smaller AGAIN! I know its not your fault, and I don't hold you responsible as a developer, but COME ON! First I can't play on Microsoft edge, so I download firefox. Then I can't play on firefox either! Soon I'm sure internet explorer wont be compatible.
