Auto-targeting needs work. Should aim for next nearest, or at least next on the list. Currently seems to pick random targets.

I'm quite interested in this, but I'm having great difficulty loading it (I'm using Firefox btw). Would be great if I can download an offline version.

Sometimes, my ship got stuck, unable to move, on no web mode, because of zero speed even if I kept adjusting it. This killed my ship from cycling around enemies while it fired laser at them at the same time.

Found this game yesterday and I'm so addicted. I loved EVE but didn't like the MMO part and getting ambushed every 5 minutes so this game is SUPURB in my opinion! 5 stars! One thing i did notice is that the font for some of the numbers seems either blurry or cut off. When looking through the asteroids I couldn't tell if some of the numbers were a 3 or 8. same for the refinery and shop prices.
Also, a nice addition would be like a "log book" where when you visit a station, it will record the prices of what sells/buys for that station. just a thought.
BACK TO MINING!!! :-D

Max cargo number disappears when the current cargo number gets to big and on jobs some of them are long enough to shove the "in (area)" underneath the Type of job maxing it hard to know were the station is. It would be great if you could fix this.

Simply amazing work. I won't gush, but it looks like you got almost everything right on the first shot. A couple minor grievances: Can't sort the targeting lists. Sorting by distance or ship type or whatever would be a big help. Heck, even just keeping the primary sort-alphabetical, but secondary sorting by distance would be a big improvement for mining and combat; When choosing new target from list, camera should swing around to have target on screen, actually some sort of auto-cam, or cam-lock(relative to ship direction) might be worth looking into; Manual control and cockpit cam is... not that great. Granted my point of reference is Freelancer, Darkstar One and the X series. Play those if you get a chance; Strong recommendation to add a space dust/debris effect, as a visual point of reference for movement, and maybe some engine noise; Default font is kinda hard on the eyes, so choice of another font option or two would be nice; Fullscreen mode is 4:3.

Should add a way to look back at the tutorial xD. I forget what i was told to buy stuff and then i tried to go back and there was no back button :p. Add that could ya ^.^?

One more thing about the auto-pilot. I really wish there was a way to click the object just to see some detailed info on it, not to change course and start flying towards it. That way i sent my unarmed ship towards the pirates simply because i was curious what those moving red triangles were.
What about left-clicking for details and right-clicking for flying towards the object? Or left-clicking and double-clicking?

Tutorial: A) Learn the Basic Controls... wheres the pop up window ? i pressed every key control and nothing happens :S

It can be nice if the auto target actually target the closest one of the list.
Or the weakest. Depend of the situation.

When looking at the ship configuration outside a station the component images are not in the correct boxes with the component descriptions.

Some more illogicalities.
1) The icons in the Ship/Configuration screen don't really match the legend. Why do i see the mining laser icon for the energy generator and the cargo bay expander icon for both the engine and the cargo bay expander itself?
2) We are introduced to the manual flight control in the game, but there are no in-game instructions about how to operate the engines, nor there's a screen dedicated to the game controls. I think that if the game has a tutorial then it should cover all the controls available in the game.
Otherwise, a good concept, just needs some polish to become great.

Some interface illogicality.
When i enter the Market, it shows the items i can buy or sell. Click the Buy button, and you're given two options - Buy or Cancel. Choose either one and you're back to the list of the goodies. That's okay.
But if you try selling stuff, you get to the same choice - Sell or Cancel, but this time if you press Sell you're going nowhere. Moreover, if you close the Market window and then reopen it - you're still in the same Sell or Cancel mode, which is totally not okay.
Maybe it had something to do with the fact that i still had some more items of that type, but it's not the way it should be done: let people manually enter the amount of items they wanna sell, and then return to the item list after they finish the operation. Btw, i don't understand: if people are not allowed to install more than a single item of each type, then why is the Market allowing them to buy more than one?

I don't get it. I bought a second scout ship on my very first visit of the station, and where is that ship exactly? Then, why does the ship have seven slots for static components, but does not allow using more than one element of the same type? If it's somehow assumed then i wish it was better explained in the tutorial, would have saved me the commission for selling the items i just bought.

at least early in the game there is not much difference in using one of the more expensive mining lasers. (they mine more, but need much longer - the ratio is almost the same)
i think the balance there could be improved.
overall a very nice game

The tutorial text is in a font that is very hard to read... that font is fine for headings, but for large paragraphs of text it's horrible!

Two bugs and one feature request. For some reason the cargo level goes negative, must have something to do with hitting stations, I don't know. Also the object listing appears under (layer below) the energy/fuel gauges. And please add listing ordered by range. Pretty good game by the way

Feedback:
-"Destoryer"-->Destroyer.
-The mining doesn't stop when the cargo is full.
-Our ship should attacks auto to the nearest enemy.
-Could sort the objects by type, name and distance.
-GPS system for traveling to particular station to buy or sell stuff.

Beat the game rather quickly.
Here's two different exploits for battles, just pick one to use:
1. Camp a station. Dock into station for a heal whenever you need one.
2. Small shield generator and projectile weapons/missile launchers (no lasers). Make sure you have enough ammo (over 1200 for the later rounds), turn on all of your abilities, box all the enemies and click Auto Targetting. Then go take a shower or something. You won't die since the shields must all be gone for your hulls to be damaged, which won't ever happen.
Possible bug - The Arsfei officer (second to last one system) drops a Rare Medium Generator, which is absolutely terrible.

My save isn't keeping, I've also noticed this on your last game, Starship Commander. If it helps I am playing on a Mac.

Wonderful game so far. My only disappointment though is that I saw the similarities between this and EVE, but I had hoped that this, a singleplayer game, wouldn't be as horribly slow. But it is, at least in the tutorial. First thing you're sent to do is click an asteroid, click a mining laser and twiddle your thumbs. -- I don't mean to be unfair with such a snap judgement, but you gotta remember that the first minutes of any game tend to set the tone and expectations of the player. That being said, I gave the game four stars, favourited it and I'm very genuinely enjoying it. :]
