Excellent game. An auto save feature would be great, my browser crashed and i lost 3 hours of game time. The drop down lists for pirates and asteroids seem to have no rhyme or reason, it would be nice if they were pre sorted by distance or if we had options to sort by distance or hp. It would also be nice to have options for auto targeting as well: closest, hp, etc.Keep up the great work, its pretty amazing what you have done already.

Can missiles please not take up space? i dont want to have to buy and sell my missiles everytime i go on the attack then switch to mining

The first mining quest in the tutorial says to select a particular type of asteroid, and there aren't any of that type in this sector? So I went out, mined an asteroid, came back, sold it, and my quest didn't complete.

maybe if you can give a "small life" to the systems
example with:friendly/neutral ships . npc miner ships and a traveling traders its can make the game more and more better :)

Also on a Side Note Pirates respawn after logging in and out, also respawn going out of and back into a System. I'm More of a Miner not a heavy fighter

Mining Lasers need a Slight Increase in per Shot Mining. I had 3 Astropik 9000's 570 Cargo on a Infiltrator class ship. took me almost 25 Minutes to fill my cargo with ore

Yes, the asteroids seem to drain too rapidly now. That being said, I'm not sure if this is intentional, but there's no penalty for buying/selling, and you can exploit price modifiers for ANY good. I'm getting (relatively) rich just selling light repair drones in the starting system, bouncing between two stations with a .5X price differential. Overall, incredible game though, but mining seems fairly pointless compared to much more rapid trading just now.

My saggestions:
1. Need ways to match items in shop and the ones ship has, so there won't be need to jump between windows.
2. Need way to see the profit we would make for bying/selling goods.

After all the targets of a selected type are handled, i.e. pirates are destroyed or asteroids are mined, the engine doesn't stop, while i believe the ship should stop and wait for new orders.

I'm so happy that the auto-targeting works now, it really helps automate the mining, which is otherwise very monotonous.

Another request is to be able to select objects from far away on the star system map. Like, when i undock from the station and select the asteroids, i see a lot of those in the system, but have no way to target the desired asteroid other than randomly click the object list items until the correct one is selected.

Adding the new custom creation options seems to have messed up my old save game. Leaders were no longer spawning. I had to create a new game and start all over.
start with whatever ship you had, and give yourself some credits to buy what you lost. also, you can set what the WIN criteria is... thats why old saves default to win.

Just loaded up my saved game from last night, somehow got the Achievement for killing the gatekeeper even tho im only in the 10th system or so.

Another question... do you keep the resources after finishing the delivery job? Cause if you don't then the rewards are too low to motivate me do the jobs at all. Travel through 4-5 systems just to get 20% higher yield? I'll just find me a 1.1 or 1.2 system and sell it there...

Is there way to acquire more rare/epic items after clearing all the levels? Even if they very rarely appeared in shops would be fine. I got 15m credits and nothing to buy... and no way to get more rare/epic stuff :(
the new game creation system will allow you to turn on boss respawning... so you can farm bosses. you should check out all the options in the galaxy editor. you can make some interesting galaxies

Not all the sounds are muted when you turn off the music and sound. For instance, when destroying pirate recons, some sounds are heard.

wow… another bug… there more ships there are… the slower your weps recharge… could be a 5/5… but right now it's a 3.5 at most

I also notice that the projectiles almost always miss. In both autopilot and manual control, the cannons hit less than 30% and I have never gotten a missile to hit a pirate, either charging them faced forward or chasing them. Wish we can fix that, because only having one viable weapon is a little sad for such an immersive game. 5/5 for great idea, work, and playability. The few bugs seem to get worked out very quickly, and I just hope the cannons and missiles get fixed soon!

i'm stuck, all officers cleared from first zone to goron. the last 3 ones, i kill the fleets then pirats pop up (1 or 2 ships) constantly but no officer so i cant finish the game. bug or is there something i'm missing?

I riscend that previous comment about bullets missing--Only 'cause when my ship stops, THAT is when their bullets hit. when your ship and their ship are both moving, all bullets always miss.

I rated 5 stars, it's still not enough. I miss one thing- filtering of asteroids, that would make mining much more easier.

The music, often times an aspect of the game omitted from short reviews, is very nice. I could see myself really getting immersed from the sound tracks--I search for stuff like that on Youtube all the time.
The game is overall pretty good--great idea, buildingon the concept of the miner game by expanding it onto a 3D platform like Unity, but there's only one thing that bugs me. Why is it every time I use the projectile weapons, my shots always miss? This is the case with the Pirates too--Missles find their mark, but bullets are always hit and (more often than not) miss!
the projectile weapons are great for slower bigger ships, but the fast ships can outrun the bullet enough to miss. you get better hits when the fly toward you and away from you. when u fight those bigger ships, they eat em up.

the biggest problem i can see, is that you can only target 1 enemy at a time, regardless of the number of weapons you have, and they will all fire on the enemy at the same time. making space battles last forever, with absolutely no chance of losing because the pirates are so weak compared to you after about 10 minutes, that the only way to lose is to just sit there.

Hi am enjoying the game.. but something changed on me... asteroids went from approx 400 hp to approx 40 hp =/- 30 hp.. makes for very slow and boring interim between upgrades and am now limited to lvl 4 pirates due to upgrades.. You mentioned before about changing the settings for asteroids.. where exactly.. tyvm
when you create a new game, you have a bunch of settings that let you modify just about everything, including win criteria, starting ship and credits.
EDIT: I rebalanced the rocks, see how they look for you now after u refresh to Build 12

I've played here a long time and rarely if ever comment. But, this is brilliant. It reminds me of a pc game from long ago called Freelancer. I just started playing it but I suspect if you really endeavours, you can catapult this base game into a lot of other areas. Very well done.

i dont like the build 11, the asteroides are toooooo small. mining is now a waste of time, i fly more than i collect :(

I've killed all Pirate officers in Inovaj AND next system, but still have mission: A) Kill all pirate officers". Whats up?! There should also be a log - that continously updates, as u visit stations and so on, and keeps a record of what goods, weapons and gear can be bought where. Tx.

I must say this is an exceptional piece of work. Thoroughly enjoyed/enjoying it. Personally speaking (and i know some don't fancy it) but a multiplayer version with an active trade market, "guilds" and bounties would be awesome. I am not talking Eve level, but just exactly what you have here, with other players (easy gameplay). Great work dev ./bow

I believe the job-system is broken: I have jobs to deliver stuff in systems, that do not seem to exist. Maybe the generator needs tweaked?

Dear Dev: please spend a bit less time on nice but unnecessary new features and tweaks, and a bit more fixing things which are true barriers to enjoyment. I've seen quite a few comments about the terrible headache inducing font, and a whole lot more requesting sort targets by distance. I think maybe that would be a good place to start.

One thing I would suggest, is position the modules in a certain order, so you know you can only equip one of each slot. My first mistake was to buy 2 cargo items only to find that i couldn't equip both.
