Really needs a hint system. Ive gotten into the junkyard building, and collected a few items in there but have no clue what to do next. Thats the problem with most of these games is it comes down to some random solution that you would never think of.

Excellent game and graphics- I do agree with other commenters regarding the repetitive click/inspect then click/use- that should be modified. Also, I'm glad the passcode puzzle did not need musical ability, you can just brute force it. Looking forward to the next episode!
Well, we do have to consider players who don't play with audio - but you're definitely not wrong! Thanks for playing and we hope you'll like Episode 2 even better!

Excellent art, fun puzzles once you realize you're not going to get any instructions and just need to figure it out.
Rather than clicking the lightbulb, it would be nice if the cursor glowed or changed color or something to indicate we're hovering over something we can interact with. Also, an option for increasing text speed would be really nice.

Brilliant Game. Would gladly pay / kickstarter to make this into a larger series. Loved the days of Monkey Quest and this feels like it could be right up that street with more puzzles. Look forward for Episode 2

I tried to click the knife multiple times and got the map... had to light bulb to figure out that yes, you can in fact interact with the knife. Great graphics, but game needs more play-testing.

A gem! Funny, but not unnervingly so. Likeable heroine with a non-annoying sidekick. Puzzles neither too easy, nor too hard. Beautiful, detailed artwork. (Daedalic would sell this one with a pretty high price tag if it was their game, I assume..)
For those not used to find clues on their own, there's even ingame help. But, honestly, better do not use it too early - IMHO it's somehow the struggling for some minutes without giving up that makes an avid adventurer an experienced one. ^.^ (And finding out things oneself makes gaming more satisfying, anyway)
I wish I could give 10/5, but ticked a solid 5/5.
Waiting for part 2, now ^.^ <3

Can't unlock the engine. She just says "I'm pretty sure I need a key to unlock it." when i pull the key on the engine :/

Really good graphics and decent story. The gameplay however could use some improvement. Examine should be single tap and use should be double tap, and the lightbulb should give a hint on what we have to do, such as by highlighting the object. Otherwise this game has great potential and seems very enjoyable.

Wonderful art, seriously there are few games with such detail.
Nice and lovely story, if a bit short
I really like the mechanics. I feel it flowing instead of feeling robotlike. I don't know how to express it but I certaily like it.

Beautiful art and looks like a nice game, but... I'm clicking everywhere and getting nowhere. It would be nice if the lightbulb highlighted useful things you could do. So far I have a fish coated in green meteor fluid, and that's it...

Cool nifty little game you got here! Still, a lot of things could be improved...
The key you get to supposedly unlock the engine? You could make the character say "It doesn't fit\budge!" or something similar; the way it is, it doesn't help much and it looks like it's bugged, until we fidget around a bit.
The rest? I don't find the controls of click+option to be very appealing. It takes way too much time and gets old very fast. There's tons of examples of Point&Click here (recommend Hood by Hyptosis) on how it can be done without feeling a chore and slow. If I pick up an item, I examine it instantly, if I examine it, a single click should suffice. As Youbo0 said, it should be ergonomic!
Still, good game and amazing art! Thanks for sharing! Wish you a good work on the next!

same problem as birliban here. Got the key from the cabinet yet when I use it on the chain I get the message " I need a key to unchain it"

Did the sleeping guy drop that coin? I know it wasn't there before. Anyway, I finished, but it felt a little anti-climactic. It needed maybe one more puzzle to get the engine on to my ship. (Perhaps some way to put down the sleeping guy to make the crane available, Maybe the sequence 1 Use crane inside office to move engine to block door. 2. Hook inside crane to sleeping guy so both are on him. 3. Lower outside crane and raise inside crane to pull guy inside. 4. Disconnect outside crane from guy. 5. Connect outside crane to engine to pull it on to ship. This implies that we can manipulate cranes, so we should have had to figure out to connect it to sleeping guy in the first place.
Thanks for playing! Great suggestion about adding another puzzle - probably too late for us to do that now, but something for us to be thinking about as we move ahead with more new content!

Meh. While typing the previous, i figured out what to do with the cables. You might have given a hint when I tried to put the individual cables there.

I think I'm stuck in the same place as gzx12. I have freed the old man and unlocked the engine, I have red wire, blue wire, and screwdriver in inventory, but I can't find anything else to do. The man wants a zet, but I can't figure out how to give him one. I've tried the wires and screwdriver in the more obvious places, but you make it so hard to use stuff from inventory that I'm not going to try it everywhere. (I hate it when games require that, anyway.) If you're going to make me open the inventory every time, at least keep the item selected while I try it different places.

Beautiful artwork and I love the story so far, just wish there was more content in its initial release. Makes me worry that each episode will be equally short.
Thanks for the feedback! Yes, it's actually a lot of labor (and a labor of love!) to create these scenes, but we're working hard to bring you more and hope we can streamline our process to get them out faster and faster as we go!

A nice first episode. I like the artstyle!
Why the are we lifting the sleeping dude's chair with a crane machine? Just moving it out of the way by hand would be less likely to wake him, no?
Also, I would appreciate if the "observe" text appears in a textbox on the bottom of the screen when mousing over something, and clicking straight leads to "interact". Way more ergonomic for the player, IMO.

Nice game with great graphics! I really liked it!
i struggled a bit with the key combination to the locker/safe...
When can we expect the next chapter?

Good game, but wayyyy to short episodes (especially when there's only one), and that loading screen every time you change between the junk yard and the house is quite the PITA.

one issue i had with the game was, that i had to click the lgihtblb again and again to figure out, what itmes i can click at and what not
would be nice, if tehre was a highlight, on mose hover feautre, like an outline or simiar, or the mouse cursor changes shape to signify "hey you can do something here"

i'm still stuck. there is a light bulb icon on tink, but i can't click on him. i think that's the problem because i believe i tried everything else. i already fixed the machine on the right, and now only have screwdriver and 2 cable in my inventory

nice game. but i don't know what to do after unlock the engine. the old man ask me for 1 zet. but i can't find it anywhere.
