Hmm there are some bugs.
I can get one line to be marked as solved with a different number of blocks marked in black. On a grand master puzzle one line is 1 2 2 4 1 1 and if I remove the second last one then replace it with an X it greys out as though the line is solved.

I enjoy the principal but the execution is less impressive. With these pictogram puzzles there should never be an element of guesswork or 'cheating(the coins) involved. I stopped playing this because on a number of occasions I was faced with puzzles that couldn't be worked out on their own without guessing or using the coins. It should always be deducable by logic. Don't just draw a picture for the puzzle and leave it at that. That alone put me off due to it being a basic principle of pictograms.

I just read the coment below and figured out panning...so somewhat inconvienient to have to pan to complete the puzzle, slows down time slightly. But all in all 5/5.

I really like this game, the people having trouble using LOGIC to resolve the puzzle need to keep practicing the easy levels. The only complaint I have is the Grand Master Levels. It is impossible to see all of the screen. Besides that very fun twist on picross.

Very much enjoying this - though my brain's having a hard time remembering that two colors can be right next to each other!

4 stars, needs improvement... I hope you make a sequel where the issues mentioned here will be fixed. Most importantly, you need a better way to view the numbers on large grids.

I love the graphic interface. The zoom doesn't quite work well for the larger levels, and the tiny pan button in the corner is a bit of a hassle. Maybe have a hotkey to hold for panning (like space) and another zoom level? Also, it's nearly impossible to read the numbers when they're over shaded tiles, and at times it's difficult to differentiate purple and black, or tell when a number is bright or shaded. I still gave it a five though, cuz it's picross.

@Tevur: yes, here is a only way to complete a level, but, if yu place a X's in the whole row, all numbers to this row will be shaded, even if u place no colors to that row
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Tevus, just because they're faded doesnt mean there's no error. They fade when you filled the row with anything, or just put crosses around them
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@Tevur: there should be only one unique solution for each puzzle and you should never have to guess. Unfortunately for a few puzzles that is not the case. The levels are poorly designed. 1/5

Sorry, here's a problem:

All numbers are faded, so there's no error.
First suggestion: game broken?
Second: Is it possible that there is more than one solution for one puzzle?

I totally agree with TBTabby. There's too much guessing which destroys the beauty of a puzzle game. Colours are a good addition to the game, but there should be some kind of indication to state whether the different colours are separated or together. 3/5
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
TBT, you are doing something wrong. you don't have to guess if there is a colored block next to a black block. you can use logic to find out where the colored blocks are.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@TBTabby, multi-color is definitely part of the game. You can still solve all the multi-color ones with logic... it just doesn't go as fast because you can only place X's when two same-color numbers are adjacent.

One more complaint, actually. It seems like at least one puzzle (so far) can only be solved by making guesses to get started, which isn't ideal for a good puzzle.

My only complaint is the medals, as they seem to serve little purpose. For me, there's almost no way I will earn a medal on the first playthrough of a puzzle, so I'll go back after knowing the solution and redrawing it as fast as I can. There's a disconnect between the puzzle solving and the reward, if that makes sense.

I can't believe the solve times on some of these puzzles. 20 minutes on tree lizard? Are you kidding? You have to be a freakin robot.

I like that you tried to put a new teist on Picross, but it runs into a problem when squares of different colors are nect to each other in a puzzle. If I see two ones of different colors in a row, and I've found one, I instinctively place X's on either side. But since squares of differnet colors care listed seperately even when they're next to each other, that no longer works, and I'm forced to guess where they are mor eoften. And guessing is no way to play Picross.

...the box isn't automatically corrected in the game's standard mode. Myself, I'm playing on the same mode you are, and the occasional accidental "un-erasure" is no big deal.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Why the hell would you have a erase function? After filling in a box we immediately know if it is correct or not, so if we accidentally erase it by clicking it one more time is irritating. Remove that function please.

its so mean how u get so much penalty for making a wrong move :(
anyways a great game.. although ive seen another game like this without the colour difference
