Suggestion: Money needed for next ascension level should be displayed as $xxxxx/yyyyy, with y being the total amount needed for the level, and x being the remaining amount needed. This would help to figure out how fast you're gaining levels and whether it's better to ascend now or to keep going with the current setup.
Great game, by the way!

My lvl is 34.09p and currently I mine like +33 ore. When I try to ascend it says +-2147483648 level and money for next ascension 10.00?1$. Also ascension button is disabled. What do I do to further ascend?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Achievements for selling stuff at very expensive price are kind of retarded. Not only they reset progress with each ascension, one would have to get selling speed to 16 items/second at very expensive, then wait another YEAR without ascending to actually reach that 512m goal. Also, due to price/effectiveness curve buttonss (other than sell one) become quite useless after short while and could even not be there.

Some visuals would be fantastic. I know they'd be difficult to implement, but it'd be nice watching people hammer things and mine things and smelt things and build things and sell things. Maybe it's an idea for Idle Blacksmith II?

Would be nice to have pieces per minute, not second, maybe as an option, as, for me, the numbers often have only one significant digit (0.0x).

I like what you've done here! Simple but though provoking. I'd like to see the ability to move the upgrade pop up aside so I can see the effect of my upgrades without having to constantly open it back up again. I'm not sure if that's possible, but it certainly would be nice. Thanks!

Is it just me or is it that once you get to around level 2,000 for all of the upgrades, things get hard no matter how much you ascend?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@mcschmidt Yes it progresses when not open
@AmISure Actually, it's not a glitch. The dev added it to balance out the effectiveness of auto-clickers. He intended for it to just be held down for faster bar.

Having to select what type of ore to smelt or what type of bars to forge seems excessive to me. I'd rather it simply smelt the next "smeltable" type ore and forge the next "forgeable" type of bar.
Also, I'd like to be able to sell any type of ore or bar, not just the lowest. Having a handful of high level ore sitting in my inventory with no easy way to dispose of it is annoying.

Don't dislike damths he actualy told u a glitch it still works it jstu makes ur selling all the stuff go lke 10 times faster

Please Please PLEASE make a buy 100 option for upgrades. It takes THOUSANDS of clicks to upgrade after resets for me.

could you add flow-gauges between the stages? I'd like to see their relative strength without having to continuously check their tooltips.
EG: flow-gage between mining and smelting (needle right: overproducing ore, left: underproducing ore, middle: not too much, not too little.)

@ThreeTwo767
Or maybe I posted it to alert people so they don't waste their time if the bug is widespread. Shouldn't have bothered, if you post anything that isn't praise you get thumbed down. As my previous post proves.

things really start to slow down at Infinitium +32 with enchant at infinite +32, even with 600.1g ascension. All the upgrades require hundreds of P$ or O$ and you get 1 or 2 seconds speed improvement per 10 upgrades

if sell wasn't "cheap, expensive, and really expensive", and was the name of a town or the type of retail outlet, it would be upgradeable like the rest of things.

What happend if i need 100 for level up and im making 200 for each sale ? do i gain 2 levels ? Or 1 and im wasting 100 for each sale ?

@scorchx There's a button just below the game that says "Game Bug". The only reason to post them in the comments section is if you think that people who have nothing to do with the game will somehow be better able to fix the issue than the game's developers. And basically every question that gets voted down is answered in the game instructions, or has been asked and answered in the comments multiple times already. There may be some stupidity here, but it's coming from the people who can't be bothered to read, not the people who downvote worthless comments.

I just love the stupidity of some people. You report a bug and you get thumbed down multiple times, you ask a question, you get thumbed down multiple times. You post a witty comment about the game, you get 558 thumbs up.

The "x.xx seconds per (mining/smelting/forging/enchantment/sell)" can't drop below 0.07 seconds. If this number is correct, the achievement for selling 512.0m items at very expensive is only reached after selling for 414 days on 0.07 seconds per item.... I think this must be a mistake right? Also The scaling of gold needed for upgrade after about 2.1k levels on auto-mining/forging/smelting is not balanced if you compare to gold earned for the items sold at that level. ATM I have to wait for like more than a day to upgrade to next level gear forging if I want to do it efficiently. Hope you can have look at these tips. Good game!

Odd, I left the game overnight, telling my blacksmith to smelt chromite mail, enchant it with fire and sell it for an insane price. Came back today, I had the same amount of money. I then let the sale meter fill again...no cash. What da fuq?

initially charmed at the win95 background, then hooked by the gameplay, now keep coming back for the catchy music PLUS looking forward to fulfill any new updated wishes of the dev on what I WILL do next.
