In regards to Megmaconqueror's post on Feb 13, 2012 and the developers response.
If you decide to go any further I would strongly suggest changing the name of this game. Because as previously mentioned it is a registered TM. and because of that there are a variety of ways if they were so inclined to go after you. (Honestly I would rename this one two just so that there is no confusion.)
5/5 btw :D fix the supply lines though.. that is REALLY annoying having to redo them
[I clicked on it because it was Dot.Hack -- ergo the confusion/misleading that is so often used in TM cases <--works for a lawyer] /cheers

Pretty good game, though it's nothing new as far as hex games go. Two major points: One, your supply lines need to stay up even when the cells run out of energy. Remaking them is just tedious and takes time that you really don't have in later levels. Secondly, connecting two cells should be as simple as a mouse swipe in the correct direction. You can't connect farther than one cell away anyway, so there's absolutely no reason to force people to actually click on the cell they're aiming for - a direction is sufficient. Far too often I was swiping quickly to try to connect long lines of cells or redirect existing lines and I had to do it two or three times because it didn't register the first time. Again, this takes time you don't have in later levels. Fix those simple issues and it would be a much better game.

2/5. Would get +1 stars if you didn't keep breaking my supply lines (if arrows kept going even when a hex was out of points), +1 if there was some benefit to big hexes (so there was strategy in building up points), and +1 if there was an innovation over other games in the genre.

Large cells (with 20+ units) should have some benefit. Attack faster, attack multiple cells, etc. Otherwise, it's easy to build up a surplus that you can't use.

Hate how the arrows turn off when the cell runs out of power. Just have it send what it builds. I don't want my back line to build up a surplus.

Is nice, but in the later levels it's all about span of control. I can't control 20 different tiles at the same time. The AI also seems to leave large groups of forces in the back. Maybe on hard you could make the AI a bit smarter.

I like these types of games and this one is fun, it is repetitive but still enjoyed it, I hope you come out with a #2

I love this game, much like Tentacle Wars and Nano Wars, but I found it annoying that when the unit didn't have enough points on it, it would take away where the arrows are going to.
