Fun game. ^^ Definitely not the kind of game I could get addicted to, but it was fun for a short while at least, not to mention imaginative and well-put-together by the programmer(s) (I liked the Events the best, of course). I do feel like the combat engine was somewhat limiting however-- there were some creative tricks with status effects and whatnot, but in terms of RPGs in general you couldn't do a lot with this system comparatively. Still a great game though, and I give this four stars. :3

I think that jefip meant enginerr rather than rogue, and I would agree that the engineer class is the easiest class to complete the game with cuz you have two pwnge interrupts: groin kick and fist (or anvil) on a spring

I dont beat it in normal mode, not with engineer, not with psionic.
But i like the fighting system. A story would be cool and a multiplayer mode would make this game awesome. 4/5

Mage is hardest. Warrior medium; rogue easiest.
For mage, you want to look at your opponent's skills before each battle, and cast "forget" on it to reduce incoming damage.

runes are far better than money (you can own money by fighting in the arena)
you can use runes in the black market at level 6 i think after completing a little quest where you must give a man 300 gold. here you can upgrade some of your skills

I tried the red shell in the shell game and it netted me the 35 gold. As for calling a guard, that has never gotten me the 150 gold at level 3. He always escapes, saying I made a poor choice.

This game reeks of fake difficulty. It's a solid game, but I'm getting sick of all these skills that negatively impact your UI.
