This game, in my opinion is not based on luck. Watching the fighting strategy of my opponent taught me how to beat them everytime.

1. There is almost no luck involved with Talesworth. Opponents use a strategy to fight, just like you do. They don’t pick randomly
thats complete bullshit. This game is highly based on luck, and later it takes 3-4 tries to kill an opponent, not including the bosses

Fairly annoying and parts make no sense whatsoever (forest quest where go south then north and it's not the same place, etc). 1/5

Make it 0-15! This is one of the shittiest games I've ever tried to play! It seems you can't win unless you've bought up all the speed-up items. If that's the case, the game is pointless, and should be renamed "Make Your Psionic Faster!"

I have only played as a Psionic. The stupid enemies cast everything faster than me, so I can't really react to them, and when I attempt to anticipate their moves, I almost invariably guess the other thing. Also the stupid 1-second shield is worthless. You have to wait until their spell is almost cast to use it, so you have to sit there not doing anything until they make a move worthy of shielding yourself from it.

I started with a Psionic and am doing great. If you didn't start the game with a Psionic it seems like you may have gotten too used to the other characters, because right now as I'm reading these posts I think "Wait, what, other classes can heal!?". Just keep counter-magic and slows in mind, and the Psionic's really good. Also, I picked every % decrease in cast time that I could get as far as items and it worked for me. Haven't beaten it yet, but I'm close and haven't run into too many problems that couldn't be solved by looking more closely at my timing, their timing, and the tendency of when to use certain abilities on their part.

it seems like different people are having problems at different points. i easily won every match until the level 5 boss.

Yeah I can't believe anyone made it to level 5 as a Psionic. Everything I fight kicks the crap out of me on level 3. I'm 0-10 on level 3 at least. The speed up thing is unreal, it makes it impossible to stop them from using their heal spells or dealing 50 damage with a "two handed axe" or something.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Yeah I guess it's me because lots of people here are way past me, but I can't beat a single enemy at level 3. The minotaur does his enrage thing, and the alchemist does his speed potion, and the game's basically over at that point.

Psionic seems a bit underpowered to me, esp. compared to the engie. I'm having troble on level 5, as there's no way for me to heal, and only one (slow) intruppet move makes battles against healing enemies nearly impossible

Playing as a psionic, this game became extremely difficult at level 3. Everything seems to be able to kill me pretty quickly. I try to interrupt their speed-up skills but the timing is so fluky.

Answer to Jester's Riddle is "Crimson Brotherhood" You're welcome. Also Krax is easy as hell. Just hack away (The Ancient-rarity ring "The Precious" is really useful because it lets you see his stats, but it would still be easy without it.)
