im using a method that is working on the harder maps, try to balance with lvl 3 cannon towers with slow, some unicorn towers with fire enchant and then doomsday towers with shadow enchant

I just did level 18, I started whit 2 shadow doomsday towers and 1 Fire unicorn tower, and just filled up whit more as the cash rolled in, i had some Ice towers also not maxed just to slow them down,at end boss i chaged all shadow to fire and ice..

fire unicorns really seem to be the only way to beat 25.. as rhian said.. (3 to cover the -whole- field, rest in the mid and frosties spread should do it)

Sometimes there's a bug where if you pause it, all of the towers and enemies stop as usual, except for the normal enemies. If they reach your base, it still counts as lives lost. This is a very annoying bug. Please fix it as soon as possible.

I'd like it better if there were a hint system that would give a bit of help if you're having trouble on some level. Something less than a full walkthrough.

25 needs as many fire unicorns as you can build situated so that the enemy is NEVER out of range of at least one of the turrets. With your 3k left over, make 6 level 3 lasers/frost and try to keep the path covered in as much slow as possible.
You can't ever have the fire stuff start over, it needs to be ticking for the whole level. If you do it right the tank will die on the straightaway leading to your base.

I think I figured out why some people have trouble with level 1. On faster computers there's a space between one wave and the next--on really slow computers there is no space and one wave overlaps with the next.

Best combination: Either Minigun+Minigun+Cannon with ice enchant, or Minigun+Cannon+Cannon ice enchant. Depends on what you need it for. It's also fun spamming Unicorn towers with fire enchants.

Thanks mom2kirkir! for help on lvl 11! Finally nailed it. Recap of mom2kirkir's advice: For level 11 start out in the first bend closest to the monster pit with a Kraken level 9(3 mini guns mixed) and right below that start on another Kraken until it is fully upgraded. In the next bend where it covers the most put a ice cannon upgrade to level 3. Right above the ice tower in the same bend start another Kraken. You won't be able to get it fully upgraded. I never lost a life using this setup. Fried': Still had to sell and put a new kraken at the end to make it work but got it!

No idea how to beat 18. Been trying to get a nice mix of area damage and direct damage for tanks, but they always seem to get through. :(

You have to beat more levels, you probably haven't "unlocked" merging with other towers yet. I think it's around level 13 or so.

i wish I could see how much health is really left, as well as speed things up more by clicking one enemy bar and summon all the waves before that at once.

The Gun Tower doesn't have area of effect, though. the DD towers just leave a blob in the path and whoever walks into it gets hurt. Still, I agree that they aren't worth the money.

wow doomsday towers are terrible fully maxed the deal only 1134 dps while a fully maxed gun tower deals 1458 dps. huh...

this game is pretty great... once you finally unlock advanced towers. Before that is boring as hell. 3/5 for the first half being 1 and the last 5.

For 'just another Tower Defence game', with no bells and whistles, this is incredibly solid. At first I thought it was too simple, then unfairly difficult, but actually it's extremely well balanced and you really do have to vary the strategy every time. Brilliant!

The tracker towers don't go for bosses... big flaw in the targeting system!
That said I can't seem to get past level 21!

took me a bit but i figured out 13 :D, a tip use the long range towers, and put them to lv 3 so they can have ice, then use the guntowers, make one a lv 3 gun turrent and another lv 2 with ice enchant then use 2 cannons and upgrade one to typhoon and the other to hurricane, i finished with two lives left :D
