Tons of fun, but could use some more combos and some more precision. And different colours for the Hitcount-Indicators and Damagedisplays of different chars.

You can say that in sarcasm, Gama, but yes, there is a pattern behind it. You can call the game a random button masher, but you can beat the easier battles in most any game just by mashing buttons. Try a 3 on 1 match just mashing buttons.

i FINALLY get a 10 hit/100 point combo and it doesnt register!
bummer bigtime. my least favorite part of kongregate is how challenge milestones do not register about 25% of the time.

This has to be THE best VS. flash game there is up to now. Normally, I just give up after losing and say, "Whatever, it is just a game." I actually wanted to beat those challenges though! High score placing is also somewhat addicting too. I gave this game a 5/5. Good work!

Catbus, it actually pulls the stats from your best record in the game. As long as you're playing from the same location, you shouldn't have to redo anything -- not even the combo part.

Or you can just do like me and mash 1 button while mindlessly jumping around after the opponent. Doing that, and ONLY that, is enough to beat all the challenges on normal mode ecept survival.

So very very Newgrounds... This game epitomizes the Newgrounds aesthetic. It excels at just about everything that Newgrounds values.
Perhaps a bit out of place here on Kongregate, but still an excellent game. :)

Also, NOTICE, anyone having problems with loading - it's a basic preloader so I doubt the problem is within the game. Could be the strain of a large file or something. At any rate, if you clear your cache and load the game again, it seems to fix it. I don't think this clears your save file, but if anyone loses their data because of it, they may slap me on the face.

Heh, thanks for backing me up, sf23. Couldn't have said it better myself. Thanks Austin. You should have seen it earlier. It had just over a 3 o_0. ktano, it's counting the minutes as the game sees them, which means that any lag will cause the game not to count actual clock minutes.

Would never end up loading, stays frozen when the bar reaches the "T" of "To Frig.."

Hey... i just have one thing to point out, in Challenge 9 (fight or flight), two minutes aren't calculated correctly, i've stayed there like 3 mins, and all it gives is about 1min16secs... Kinda harde to get the 60 pts like that. Apart from that like I already said MASSIVE GAME! Both size and quality! Cheers

awesome game, very complete and filled with extra options and modes to keep us hooked. The only comment id have is towards the camera... sometimes it doesnt show all the action, and some characters (in 2 or more characters battles) end up out of sight... sometimes even the player ends up not being able to see where he is because of that

WHAT?You guys beat Convict's Last Level with EASY MODE?!?!Rofl,that's easy,besides the fact that the last level can be gotten by jumping around and hope Pico gets the gun power-up.

Oh yer and btw for all u out there having trouble on convicts last level, try changing the difficulty level to easy and its not that hard

This is amazing. This is a great game.
Each character should have a special attack though. The story is great. But
there should be a bit more players.

The powerup remembers me of Quake III Arena. How was that? Kuatreipol dameix or something? Ah yes I remember. It was double damage. Yes, that blue thing... so I can kill even with the default machinegun

great graphs great gameplay a real newgrounds classic. but the bit thats bugging me is that you can often have situatuons where you the screen shifts to where no one is seen bit annoying but otherwise top game!
