Minor bug needs fixing; you can get the golden scarab on a level even if you lose it so long as your score is above the required amount, other than that, amazing game :D

I have to admit. I was loving the game... until I had to get to 1750 on "the Sun Emperor" Level. I've found myself yelling at my computer over and over because I have NO control over when I shoot my fireballs as the Sun King. I'm half ready to just give up because it's SO frustrating, and I can't advance because the ONLY way I've seen to advance is to get about 10 Scarab hits in, and the Cat God either steals most of them (because I'm on the wrong side of the screen), or I can't hit the Scarabs because I have NO control over when I shoot as the Sun King.
It's a beautiful sequel otherwise, but I just can't say it's a good game because of the ridiculousness of the 1750. I can pass 1500 without a problem, and have hit 1750 once in the past 30 minutes. ::sigh:: I recommend lowering the limit, making Scarab hits worth more, or giving me the option of when to fire with the Sun King.

Am I missing something? The projectiles are too slow and fall too infrequently to make headway against the enemies. I can't intercept projectiles often enough to keep alive if there's more than one on screen at a time. Then highly dodgy, speedy enemies that take at least two hits show up in addition to multiple projectile throwers, and...

Before you play, try to collect 5 scarbs (The things on the level select that says you need to do ___ to get a scarb) so that at the end you don't have to, because some are hard to get because you finish so fast.

Hmm...I just beat Royal Rumble (level 5), and have 1-5 gold scarab'd. But it didn't unlock the next level, "A Triple Kill". Glitch?

Yeah, the "golden scarab" system is kind of goofy. When replaying earlier levels you have to try really hard not to kill the sun king just so you can keep getting coins. Gave it a 4/5 because it still has the fun and hectic action of a nerdook game, but the golden scarab system needs revision

It's completely absurd that getting scarabs is based off of the money. By the time I see that I need them to get the final level, I keep killing the sun king(s) in previous levels too early before I can get that money (because I'm all upgraded now).

Ok there is a seriously messed up glitch where sometimes enemies will ascend when their current floor isn't complete. I think it's caused by the upgraded meteor.

not gonna lie this game is the shiz!!! a cat who can shoot fireballs is amazing but the cats a god now that's thinking!!

I think I'm at the point where I will only play Nerdook games for the song. Sure they are amazingly fun, but the song is the best part of the whole game.

liked the last one and yea, this one is also nice :) Only thing to complain about it is a bit slow before you get the upgrades.

umm, I dont know if anybody else has noticed this? but when you are trying to get 5 golden scarabs its harder becuase you kill the stuff more quickly.becuase you are upgraded. when you win the objective quickly you dont get as many coins to get the scarab

Also,SECRET,when you are in the mission the sun emperor.and you win.the cat god is dead and it says victory.the divine piller of fire is still going.if you get killed by it you get a hat.

Awesome 5/5 game! the only thing I would like nerdook to change,is the pause button. becuase really everytime I think im clicking resume game. it says back to menu instead. So when I click on it I always lose my progress. D: hope you can help!
